I wish I caught her name.... fantastic cut with a fantastic gal. Highly recommend this location for any hair style, long or short. She brought my surfer hair to a manageable professional look and length. Love it... might even quit wearing hats 24/7. Thanks again dirt bike gal

They did a great job on my 5 year old hair. I couldn't get into cookie cutters so we went to great clips & I'm happy with the stylist. She was great with my son and he actually wants to go back bc she did amazing at talking to him and keeping him relaxed. Now we will be going here for my sons haircuts ‍

My husband just had an awful experience here. He was very specific about his request- ZERO hair cut off the top, and just trimmed down the sides for a faux-hawk look. Immediately she pulled out her scissors and cut off inches off the top, and then went around buzzed his entire head. And then she proceeded to force gel into his hair what was left even when he urged to please not. There was an obvious language barrier, but the employee should still be able to listen and properly adhere to a customers request. We will not go to great clips ever again recognizing that we simply cannot trust the staff.

Checked in online. Was out & about running errands got tied up. They called to see if I was still coming, which I said yes. There was a back up on the freeroad, drove all the way from Layton to Bountiful, specifically for this location. Got there 15 before closing & was told their stylist were already gone & the till was already closed out.. Not cool, could have at least called to let me know...

Apparently reviews can be taken down? On Dec. 3, 2022 my son went in for a haircut. He wanted long on top and shorter sides. He walked out with micro-bangs and his sides clipped super short, like a one or two. Who gives anyone micro-bangs, ever? He said the stylist was just chatting with her coworker the whole time and not really paying any attention to him. He had shown her pictures and she really just hacked all his hair right off. It is still not gown out to the length he asked it to be cut to and his hair grows pretty fast. I called to ask about it all and they offered his next cut free. Nope. Hack job, literally, then original review taken down. Not okay. Never going back.

Quick service, decent results. The haircut is the slightest bit uneven, but an easy fix!

My review must have been taken down. I asked for both my sides to be shaved and no length off the ends. Stephanie, who appeared to be intoxicated she reeked of alcohol and was slurring her words did not follow even those basic instructions and lazily shaved one side and then asked me to pay. It wasn't done yet. After asking her to finish the other side too, she lazily shaved the other side and didn't even get it all. When I called back about the problem Kirsten answered and was very rude. She basically brushed it off and told me to come back and they would fix it, but didn't do anything about the actual service that was recieved. You can't fix the extra hair she cut off that wasn't part of my sidreceived. You can't fix a rude drunk stylist ruining a good look. All in all, 20$ to have a drunk person hack at my hair isn't cool. Don't remove my review again!
