I read thru several of the negative reviews and decided to take a chance and get a haircut. Melissa was one of the best stylists that I've ever had the pleasure of getting my haircut with. She was able to maintain a very pleasant conversation and had the knowledge and professionalism that I would expect from a high class salon. If you get the chance, make an appointment with Melissa and see if your experience was as great as mine.

My wife and I came in to get a haircut, my haircut was good but my wife was insulted by her stylist. She was insulted and the stylist forcibly cut her hair when she didn’t want it cut anymore. Can’t believe this abuse.

My haircut was very uneven and was shorter than what I had asked for by at least 2 inches. One side of my hair was way shorter than the other side and was very noticeable. This place definitely allows you to get your money’s worth which is very cheap/ very bad! I was not AT ALL IMPRESSED with my haircut. The only good thing about my trip was how nice the people are, other than that I would NEVER recommend coming here to get your hair cut. I will never be coming here again!

I went in feeling grubby and sad, and came out feeling beautiful! It wasn't just the hair cut... the girl who cut my hair was inspiring and just a great person to be around in general. She had some great advice on how to help my damaged hair, and didnt pressure me into buying the products at this location.

Just had a haircut from the manager and found her to be capable and pleasant. Short wait and the other stylist working seemed nice and was working well with children. After seeing all the bad reviews I hope she can turn the store around.

I'm not a fan of what you could consider a budget haircut place but having had my hair cut here three times in the past three months, they've changed my opinion about this place. You can skip the line, so to speak, by checking in with the phone app so you are next in line at the time you use it. That certainly helps with wait times. But they also keep track of how your hair was cut previously so you don't really have to tell them exactly how your hair was cut, even if you were with a different stylist. Being a 40 some odd, balding guy, I didn't think there was much they could do except for a buzz cut or the veritable "cul de sac" but they've impressed me.

Wow, I called to ask if they are busy at a certain time and the lady answered “we don’t take phone call reservations”. I told her “I understand that ma’am, but I’m only asking if your hairdressers are busy from 7 to 8pm ” After that she just hung up on me. Is it really that hard to tell me if you’re busy or not. I don’t know who I spoke with but she sounded Asian just to point that out.

The older gentlemen who said he had been cutting hair for 20 years or more told me my son’s haircut wasn’t “popular” for kids. I asked him to shave a line on his part and he said it wasn’t recommended for kids because it becomes stubbly and only adults maintain it. Not only that my poor kids skin and ears were blood red when he did his edges. This was our first time here because it was next to Walmart. Never again. Do yourself a favor, go to a real barbershop. I recommend Flattop Barbershop. Ask for Eugene.

I have been coming to Great Clips for years. Kelli at the Dimond location cut my hair yesterday. She did an amazing job, layers were perfect and I also had her thin out my hair. My haircut looks great. Thank you Kelli

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience. I received a bad haircut about a month ago from this place and decided that I would give it one more try and I was disappointed again. I checked in online and watched as the "staff" fumbled abound on the computer. the wait time expected was 31 mins. but I was there for over an hour as the staff had no idea how to read the list of people and how it goes in order. I was skipped TWICE. and the lady behind the counter had to call EVERYONE that was employed there over to assist her, to which they all failed as well, resulting in this post. As I watched everyone that arrived after me go before me I started to feel like I was being discriminated against because of my race and sex. Do yourself a favor and go else ware . Its just not worth it to deal with the incompetence shown by this organization.
