Very pleasant experience, lady who did my son's haircut was very nice. However, it was choppy and uneven, and I'll have to take it somewhere else to be fixed.

Don't need an appointment, can find wait times online for each location, then put your name in. Minimal waiting. Great price. Nice employees. Haircut was decent this time, usually better.

Amber was very kind and a joy to chat with while she worked on my hair. She seemed eager to give me a cute cut and I really like the way it turned out.

Call to see what a normal wait time is on a Friday during the day and a lady named daysha was extremely rude. She wouldn’t answer my question and hung up on me. I have never been to great clips and will not ever be going.
