Great Commission Baptist church is a great church to attend, and worship our God in spirit and in truth. If you are interested to know more about our heavenly God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, you will certainly not be disappointed. Moreover, the building is a large building as well as the congregation. But do not let the appearance, control your perception because it is the House of Prayer. Also, the members and visitors come from different walks of life. So everyone who attends is in great need of the LORD through prayer, through healing, through praise and worship as well as through the reading of the Holy Bible. Come! In fact the congregation has many activities for the whole family to participate and discover their gifts and talents. Come! I visited Great Commission Baptist church last year with my mother, my siblings, my brother in law and my nephews, and we enjoyed the service. Though my baby sister, my brother-law and my nephews are members, I am not a member as of yet. But I still enjoyed the service every time I visit. I believe any congregation who worships our LORD in spirit and in truth is definitely the House of Prayer! So if you are interested, come!

Great Commission Baptist Church is a great church to worship God at! Pastor /teacher Dr Douglas Brown is the awesome leader of this wonderful congregation. He and his excellent associate ministers break down the bible so that you can get a good understanding of God's word. They make church exciting and fun.

The people here are warm and welcoming. The preaching always lines up with the word of God. The pastor is a humble servant with a lovely family. It's a big church with a small church atmosphere.

I love my GCBC.. Pastor is awesome man of God he preacher's and teachers the wordof God He can't get you into heaven b you have to believe and no God for yourself and also read your Bible. Study the word of God for yourself. Love, Hope, peace, joy and Happiness..God bless!!!!

I first experienced GCBC as a young, divorced single mother who transferred with her job and 4 children to DFW from Atlanta, GA and was accepted, embraced, and shown God's love and protection by GCBC. GCBC is a great worship experience, Preacher/Teacher Brown is phenomenal at transferring Bible based sermons to all those who yearn to learn as much as they can about God and God driven, Holy living! I travel extensively, but when I return to Texas, each time. I find my way back to GCBC. Their community outreach is vibrant and they have a ministry for everyone who is willing to serve others. If you are searching for a warm, sincere worship home you should visit, you won't be disappointed!
