The tour guide was nice but they don’t restrict the tour group size. My group had over 30 people. Trying to listen to the guide on a busy street and crowd into a tiny Little Italy storefront was pretty much impossible.
Guide never showed up. This is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
Best Tours New York place of all: Best Tours New York with condensed milk and fresh Best Tours New York.
They cancelled our tour without informing us. We waited 20 min and then I had to get on with online support. We spent for tolls, parking, and the tour. We haven’t got a refund or a response from best tours.
