I had a bad experience with previous counselors, and when I got the referral to go here i was nervous but it ended up being a great thing. The place is very clean, and cozy and my councilor is always on time and is very personal. I love it and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very prompt service, very professional, very discreet. Therapist are highly educated, compassionate and it is always a judgment free zone. No matter what your facing, they have a therapist for you. There is no shame in talking with someone, no man is an island!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. MAJOR billing issues, which happened repeatedly. It took over a month and well over 15 phone calls to fix anything for the same issue to happen again. Also had extremely unprofessional experiences with the therapy, including canceled appointments last minute with no way to make them up. Avoid them.

Highly recommend this place. I have already made progress in less than five visits. I am glad I took a chance and got back into therapy.

It often takes great courage to seek out a counselor. Working with someone like Lauren makes it worth the effort. Her patience and compassion are refreshing. She has a wonderful way of encouraging and helping a person see new possibilities.

If you're a female "millennial", I recommend Megan Schmidt. She gets us.
