The wine was very artisanal. We tried 4 different flights sweet, cider, dry, sparkling and all left very disappointed. We had the cheese plate and the charcuterie board and was left underwhelmed. The charcuterie board was fine but the cheese plate tasted like processed cheap cheese. I don't recommend this place but if you like really artisanal wine maybe you will like it. The seating was very limited and the time between flights could of been quicker.
It is located in Heyser Farm. They have various type of original wines. You can take tasting flight for $10. Fresh apple cider is amaizng, hard strawberry and hard blackberry was really nice!
Our group of three visited today. It’s a small place, but very inviting. The woman working was very helpful, and took her time explaining the process to taste the wines. You can make your own flights including cider which was fun. The cheese plate was also very good. Our only issues were that we were not given plates or napkins with our cheese plate so it was a bit hard to eat. The wines were very good! Although, we are admittedly not wine connoisseurs. We liked all the sweet ones!
We tasted from both the traditional wine list and the fruit wine/cider list. Each tasting was good, even for the wine types I don't prefer. The experience was wonderful and the staff were great. You can also bring meat, cheese, and cracker snacks to enjoy with your tasting. They have some unique flavors of wine that are wonderful. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting.
Wow this tasting room is so cute! Located right in a farm stand. All wines are made from MD grapes. Also have the awesome opportunity to sample their ciders too! Our server was so personable and friendly and really knew her stuff. We loved the atmosphere and greatly enjoyed out wine tasting!
Checked this place out for the first time a couple weeks ago. We had a Groupon for a tasting. The tasting room is a bit tiny, but we were able to get the last two stools at the bar. The service was excellent and the tasting was really nice. We ended up buying a bottle of their Chardonnay to take home. We plan on coming back again!
What a lovely experience! They were so kind and gracious when my friend with very severe food allergies asked if she could swap the berry wines out of her tasting. They also allowed her to bring in her own crackers. If you have any kind of allergies, this place is wonderful and accomodating. We would highly recommend a visit. My favorite wine was the Shipwreck!
Didn’t really enjoy the experience there. The place was masked with an artificial candle smell. Staff had trouble communicating with patrons even though less than half a dozen people were there. The wine is pricey for what you get. And the vineyard and manufacturer’s practices do not appear to be very eco-friendly. Stop in and see it for yourself?
Had a fun wine & cider tasting with 3 friends! Even though the place happened to be packed it was St. Patrick's Day, the servers were incredibly prompt and attentive!! A+ to those employees! It's a very casual tasting room with tall tables and chairs. We purchased a GroupOn for our experience and the price was definitely worth the visit! Thanks to the great servers! We had such a positive experience that we bought a bottle of our favorite tasting, "Pearadise" cider, yummmm! We also enjoyed exploring the market/shopping area. Bought delicious bacon, ice cream, pretzels, and honey! Though some of the products available were kinda spendy the honey & the candles available, the value is definitely there!
The variety of wines and ciders are amazing. Monika is very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly. They have an assortment of fresh fruit, butters, yogurts, jelly, pies, salsa, and more. Super excited to see baby chicks too! They even have goat milk soap and lotion.
