Great Steak

Stole my money. I’m a super reviewer on google. We paid for 3 cheesesteaks waited over 45 mins and then had to board. They didn’t give us a refund as we prepaid bc there was no manager but there was - she was making out with a coworker off to the side behind the counter ATT: owner- refund me $60 Venmo Scott-Richards-3

Wow I’m disgusted. While here at the airport I ordered my food with little to no issue. However the lady in line behind me knows little English. The cashier rudely announces does anyone know Spanish. I immediately help the lady out with the little Spanish I know and we order together. The woman had NO patience for these wonderful women. Huffing a puffing and over all acting very aggressive. At an international airport you can expect some people to speak English as their second language and have some patience.After all like I said it’s an INTERNATIONAL airport. The employee I’m speaking about is the Older black woman working at around 1pm on September 1st 2022. I hope she learns patience and finds peace. Bless her heart.

The customer service here was not the best, the lady taking the orders was being disrespectful to her coworker and he did not return the disrespect he stayed calm. After we ordered and waited for our food the lady continued to help customers and became disrespectful to them, being from another state and coming to visit it was not a great experience I will not return to this establishment

We waited for our food for about 45 minutes. Almost missed our flight. Food we received was wrong but didn’t have time to wait again for them to fix. I would not recommend this stop unless you have about 2 hours. The staff appeared understaffed which I understand but unorganized, not in a hurry and sometimes had no-one working at the grill despite 20-30 people in line.

Man oh maaannnn. I made a special request for my cheesesteak and the staff definitely delivered! This steak is seasoned and full of flavor. Crazy to say this was the best meal I've had while in Las Vegas.

Not the fastest at what they do, or the friendliest but if you’re at the Spirit gates and want food or a coffee, all you see there are slot machines. They only had breakfast items, which were not appealing enough so we just got coffees. Over $5 for two instant coffee-machine coffees. All told I took off two stars.

Pretty decent for some quick food at the airport. I usually get a breakfast sandwich here before I fly out, staff is nice and the wait time is usually minimal.

All I wanted to buy from was is Cold water I walked up and grabbed one and was just gonna go get in line and wait the hour it would likely take since others are all ordering food but you act like I'm stealing your water tell me to put it back and go wait in like. Trash. You will never get my business again so good job for chasing a customer away also normally a 40 min wait they have maybe 3 people working there

The place is in a very bad shape, mentally and physically. Food is atrocious, the water soda machine shall be examined by CDC.Food: 2/5

Their meat taste like dog food, so who would want to eat it? All I wanted was a broccoli and cheese potato for breakfast, but that was too much to ask. Had to come back to edit this. My wife was here a few minutes before me and ordered an egg sandwich which had mayonnaise on it. The menu did not state it had mayonnaise on it. You will be hearing from my lawyer because she is allergic to mayo and we are on the way to the hospital and missed our flights.
