Great Value Storage

New management has tremendously improved the cleanliness. Lisa is friendly, professional & she went above my expectations to explain the rate increase. The office smells wonderful. I’m looking forward to the continued improvement as this location is very convenient for my storage needs.

I recently rented a unit and Lisa the Manager is very helpful and friendly. I’ve had my unit since September. The door on the unit is hard to let up and down. I was told that It would get fixed and left a spare key with the Manager that was there and it never got done. Since she’s been there my issues were taken care of. The exterior of the building is very clean. There use to be a lot of debris and trash. When you walk into the office it has a nice smell. I’m glad she’s there.

Lisa and Randy are so great coming to the store I have never had such a great customer service experience! Things went beyond my expectations and they helped me with all my questions to everything and this girl done showed me all her nails like beautiful! Girls come in and not only get your locks in your storage is become peep the nail game.

Let me start off by saying that this location is blessed to have such a professional and courteous employee. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Lisa was definitely knowledgeable and a great, great help in my particular situation. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this location. A pleasure doing business.

I'm a senior & I've had my unit at this location for over 10 years. Been through several managers there, but Lisa is the BEST. Very nice, capable and a pleasure to work with! I'm really pleased with the changes!

I had never met the new manager Lisa and today she come to find out who her tenant was which I admire that I would like to know all of my tenants also at least meet him once she's a jewel she has the look she has the knowledge she's got the conversation to handle anything I love her
