Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

For a while now, experiences at Great Wall have been very poor. But today, everything was at its absolute worst. We walked in and were told "sit down" by the guy at the desk. Once we picked a table, we were never served any drinks or silverware. After about 5 minutes of waiting we just got up and got food from the bar and sat back down to wait again. Once the waitress finally realized we existed, we were given drinks and eating utensils. Furthermore, the past few times we've eaten at this restaurant, the food has been terrible. The chicken is hard and dry, the food is old, and half of the bar is always empty. We heard several people complaining and asking the servers to bring out more food. Towards the end of our meal, we were brought a check by one guy. A few minutes later, we were brought a second check by the girl who failed to give us drinks in the first place. I don't know if these guys were sleep walking or what, but it's obvious they couldn't care less about their job or their customers. Not to mention, the floor was so dirty, and no one wants to have to look at the mess while eating. By the way, we went around dinner service and the price for 2 people was about 22 dollars.

Hadn’t eaten here in a couple of years because of the lack of cleanliness. Thought I would give it another try yesterday. Oh’ haven’t changed one bit!? The chicken was very hard and tasted bad! The waitress puts her hand on everything and still puts her ungloved hands on the utensils. The experience was pretty nasty! Ended with her overcharging me! Don’t make the same mistake that I did, go elsewhere. We disposed of the food!!! What a waste!!! All because we didn’t want to make the drive to Chia City... WHERE THE FOOD IS GREAT!!!

Went here about dinner time today and the bar barely had anything on it, so I got my usual sweet and sour chicken and wontons. The chicken was sitting on the bar cold and dry as the desert. Wontons were a joke a dot of cheese and all the crispy dry wrapper. I’ve only been here once before and was disappointed the first time, this time still didn’t change a thing. If you’re looking for good Chinese go to hot wok in the mall best Chinese I’ve ever had.

Service was ok but food tasted so bad. We just thrashed the entire order, waste of money.
