Great White Water Sports

If there is ANY chance you will need to cancel your reservation, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Their cancellation and refund policy is clear in writing and I even confirmed it verbally with the staff, and yet they did NOT honor it. We cancelled far in advance, in accordance with their terms, and NEVER received our money back. And to add insult to injury, they don't answer the phone when you call or email. It took forever to get ahold of someone I'm talking MONTHS during their active season. And that was only when I called from a different number other than my own. And even then, they kept telling me it was being processed. That was July. It's December now. I finally gave up and filed a claim through my bank to get my money back. It was an absolute headache and waste of time. Incredibly rude and disrespectful on their part.
