I've been a patient here for over 20 years - Dr. Dozier delivered both of my babies and has been a fantastic health partner. When I got some scary news, she and her office were compassionate and helpful. Her nurse, Jenny has been with the practice the whole time. It's very reassuring to have doctors who know you.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Zertuche is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She is gentle, she walks you through everything she is doing, and she meets any needs you have. Her and her team were so nice and they made my entire experience as pain free as possible. I’m so glad that I was able to get in at this office. Highly highly recommend.
Courtney and my doctors I’ve retired 3 of them! have been excellent over the past 23 years and 3 children. I love my nurses, Debbie and Lisa, who wholeheartedly care about me. The changes in healthcare and insurance the past 10 years has been tough and they have remained dedicated to my health.
I won't go into detail but overall have had a very shady experience here during my pregnancy. I've since switched doctors offices and wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.
The rudest front desk people I've ever dealt with. They act as if they don't want you as a patient and do the absolute bare minimum in assisting you with your needs all the while with a horrible attitude. The doctors, nurses, and front desk people are never on the same page: My doctor tells me one thing and the front desk tells me something completely different. Due to this miscommunication, I've had to schedule multiple appointments just to get ONE need met. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, their patient portal is horrible and doesn't work most of the time meaning you have to call and speak with someone at the front desk to get what you need.
I just want to say I had the best experience here. Finding a new OBGYN was a long and hard search having just moved to Atlanta. Dr. Bryant is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable, patient Dr I've had thus far. I learned so much from my visit just by how detailed and thorough Dr. Bryant was. Nurse Jasmine was great as well. I want to thank everyone over at the Women's Healthcare office for their service. I am confident I made the right decision.
Dr Zertuche is the best - I am so grateful to have found her and PWH. She is incredibly kind, patient, caring, and does such a great job walking you through any exam or procedure. The nurses are all very kind as well, and Jarvis at the front desk is the sweetest. The couple of times I’ve had an after hours issue, the doctor on call has been super responsive and has always left me feeling assured I’m getting the proper care. Great practice full of great people!
Terrible service and very rude staff, especially the front desk assistant Dee. She is very inconsiderate and quite rude. I have three little kids and I drove 40 minutes to my appointment to see Dr. Szabo. Dee refused for me to see the doctor even when I begged and pleased that I drove 40 minutes to the appointment. She turned me back and refused me seeing my doctor. I was quite in shock about how unsympathetic one can be, especially seeing that I have been a patient at the clinic for 8 years. I delivered all three of my kids there. Dee is extremely unprofessional and needs to be fired. The other assistants are a lot more pleasant and more professional than she is. It is a nightmare whenever she is at the front desk. They need to let that woman go. She does not represent anything that the clinic stands for.
I saw Dr. Zertuche for the first time in March 2021 after being referred to her by my primary care physician. It was my first pregnancy, and although at the time I saw her, I was in active miscarriage without knowing, Dr. Zertuche was extremely kind, patient, professional, understanding, warm, caring and truly compassionate towards me. I felt really really comfortable with her and I will recommended her without any hesitation. Even though the practice is located far from where I live, I do plan to see her again the next time I get pregnant and continue to see her beyond that. The best way I can describe this awesome doctor is that...."she has a very beautiful and caring heart, soul and personality." Continue to do a marvelous job Dr. Zertuche, you are making a positive and lasting impact in many lives.%. J. From College Park GA.
The front desk/ receptionist workers are so rude I was actually happy they stopped taking my insurance & I switched. The first time I thought maybe they had a bad day, but each time it was the same & multiple workers. Even when you’d call they were so rude. I dreaded calling or going there. The doctors & nurses were nice & very Helpful though. They did leave out a lot of blood work they were suppose to do though I learned when switching doctors.
