Hello this offices never answer the phone they have call the number for help you hold all day it is ridiculous

I, have several legal issues, that require legal representation, and not only, advice. Greater Boston Legal Services, only provides legal services, to low income clients, with issues related to housing and evictions, and for no other, problems. There, are not enough, pro Bono services, available, in Boston, MA. Lawyers, are supposed to participate, in pro Bono legal services, to maintain their Bar Membership, to practice law-and, they do not, do it, most of the time. Pro Bono legal services, are generally not available, to poor or low income-for most relevant legal problems, not anywhere in America.

I am a legally-blind, , lower-income, disadvantaged resident of Boston whose landlord Oleg Eliseev of the Greenville Group is retaliating against my tenancy because I have filed breach-of-habitability complaints with ISD against them Greenville group within the last few iminths. This landlord -- The Greenville Group -- has a history of engaging in retaliatory, DECEPTIVE business practices, and my tenancy is now being threatened. GBLS's housing division, which has assisted me in the past against this same landlord has refused to provide legal representation in this urgent matter, even though I am again a disabled, low-income tenant facing court-actipn from a retaliatory landlord. NO disabled, disadvantaged law-abiding tenant should be arbitrarily denied legal representation by an agency designed & contracted by the city to assist them. See: pro-bono bar requirements. Any legal-aid agency that forces disabled, low-income tenants to represent themselves in court against well-founded and crooked, prejudicial , retalitory landlords should have their case-selectipn practices investigated. Kudos to Attorney K. Hardwick of GBLS, and to paralegal H.Bekele, who have been an incredible, dedicated, talented team who heroically represented me against my landlord in 2021, and saved my tenancy from retaliatory court action by the Greenville group. . Unfortunately for disabled clients such as myself, Attorney Hardwick has left GBLS and the organization's Housing divosion is now refusing to represent tenants who, like myself, are in immenet danger of losing their tenancies.

I know that this organization helps so many people, but it's very confusing on how to start a case, what exactly they cover, and getting a live voice. the problem is there is none to match this organization and talk with thousands and thousands of people jamming up housing court, evictions, it's even harder to get proper representation with a reasonable time frame. meanwhile many of us are being evicted from our home. I know that a lot of very very good lawyers don't eat their time so I can't say anything bad, it is not their fault that the city and state are such idiots.

Caitlin Creamer is very helpful. They listened to my concerns and didn't just push me and my family to the side.
