GBM has been nothing but helpful during my process of looking for a new apartment. I was able to find one that fits my needs perfectly, and my property manager Chris Ruggiero is always attentive and quick with responding to any of my questions.
GBM has been great to work with. They've been responsive, professional and generally helpful since I moved in. The apartment itself has been great too. Great to see a business that takes pride in what they do.
Worst place to rent from. They don't care about their property, or the good tenants. They rent to anyone especially trash. Slum Lords!!! Don't deserve one star.
Maintenance is top notch. Joe, the guy with the beard, is experienced and knowledgeable no matter what the task is. Management is very responsive.
Great management company. Very quick with service requests and the online payment system is seamless.
Very happy with the management, any issues have been resolved quickly and staff was very pleasant to work with
Great properties and the staff are always helpful with questions, maintenance requests, etc. 10/10 would recommend.
