I was looking for so long for someone to do my hair just how I wanted , I have a very dark hair and I wanted to go platinum blond with dark shades but I could never get it , and finally looking in google I found this salon , I can only say Oooo my god I finally got the hair exactly how I wanted . I couldn’t be more exited when I saw the results at the end . The moment I entered in the salon the owner of the salon was so nice and welcoming that I felt like I was coming to this salon for years . The atmosphere was just pleasant. I’m so happy I finally found the salon I will be going to forever . I highly recommend it .

The salon is super clean and very organized. The best part about the salon is the staff. I called in to see if I can schedule an appointment or walk in and they were so friendly and accommodating! I went there and was helped right away by Caroline who is simply the best !!! She took the time to analyze my hair,check with me on what I wanted feel free to show her a picture ,gave her expert advice and made it happen ! Yezina helped her out here and there as well, but I was surprised to see how she fixed my hair ! I had damaged auburn hair and she fixed it by giving it a nice light blonde that compliments my tan skin tone. I really appreciated the whole service and I assure you that you are in great hands. I went in 4 months ago to get a short trim and green split dye. I was already indifferent when I asked for a direct color lift instead of bleach because I knew it would be too harsh on my hair. They told me using bleach would be fine. So I let them do their job because they had gone to school and I didn't. Then they went to mix my color and it was blue. Not green, blue. I mentioned that several times. They even showed me on a napkin to tell me it was green. It was clearly blue. I left crying because my hair was fried and not even the color I wanted they also cut it way too short. I got a refund but nothing I do will bring my hair back. I had beautiful curls and spent over $200 trying to bring them back. Now my hair is snapping and it's frizzy all over. I had already shaved my head once and this was my regrowth. I dont want to shave my head again but at this point I might as well.Services: Hair coloring

Within an hour of leaving this salon, I had 3 compliments on my new haircut from total strangers! Caroline listens to exactly what you want and gives anEXCELLENT scissor cut. I highly recommend her for both cuts and color.

I love my cut, highlights and color! Yelena is awesome! I needed a new salon to go to because I moved plus my hair was in dire need of being colored and cut. I also hate spending almost $200 for cut, root touch up and partial highlights. So I went on Groupon and found a great deal for this salon. I had a question about the deal so called the salon. Yelena answered my question told me not to bother buying it through Groupon that she would match the price. She was also able to take me right away that day! Yelena is the owner and so friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable about her profession. I added some highlights on to the what the Groupon deal was and she still gave me a great price and she said she will always try to work with me on a reasonable price. This is my new salon and stylist for sure! *FYI - The salon is in the Phenix Salon Suites which has many little salons in it that are owned individually. Don’t let this turn you off. Yelena has 2 other stylists and it’s a “real” salon. Oh, and she may have an accent but speaks English perfectly. She was working at a Salon/Spa in Towson that we are all familiar with for 18 years, but wanted to have her own business!
