This place is a total rip off. They will charge you an additional 25%+ "CO2REC" fee on top of your already expensive dry cleaning. Go elsewhere. $7.33 fee on a $25.65 dry cleaning bill is outrageous!
Loses clothes. Charges hidden fees already overpriced. Unfriendly customer service phone reps. I appreciate their effort to make dry cleaning eco-friendly, but it’s NOT worth the headache of dealing with this place.
This is a very poor dry cleaner. They destroyed one of my dress shirts. They routinely miss their delivery times that they promise to you in writing. They take far too long to clean clothing and they're expensive to boot. Avoid and go somewhere else.
Great service and decent prices.
One if the greatest cleaners in the city. IMHO there is no need to use anyone else!
