Green Cab of Charlotte

They they were terrible each time you tried to call them they said they're coming 5 minutes not even in 5 hours stick with the Ella for Uber or Lyft get rid of Big Orange I'm really depressed over that

Cab are nice n clean they need more drivers at night

Orange cab of Charlotte is one of the best cabs that I have seen in the areas

Customer service was good but driver lied say number not working when call service back I s same number they had long story short drive canceled my husband ride and made him a hour late for work should of gave a discount for that not happy

Absolutely awful. I had a flight at 7:45 this morning and the guy assured it'd be 15-20 minutes until my cab would arrive and that they would call if anything went wrong. HERE I AM 35 MINUTES LATER STILL WAITING. And he calls me and tells me now it's going to be 24 minutes before he arrives. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

I used Green Cab twice while in Charlotte and both times they were great. Cab arrived on time, drivers were friendly and helpful, and I arrived safely at my destination. I definitely will use them again and I would recommend them.

Their credit card readers do not take corporate cards so have had to use personal card on business trip. Please review your software on your in cab devices or provide a mobile app option to pay.
