My company had a large pile of electronics waste that they have been collecting for awhile so I called Green Century and the scheduling staff were nice and easy to work with. The crew that came to pick things up were organized and got things loaded up super quick. The prices on removal was perfect as they wave the pickup fee for businesses and they also pickup things like metal cabinets, carts and chairs. Highly recommended.
We had a large amount of electronics that were broken, outdated, etc. Bluntly no one had gotten rid of anything for a long time. so I called Maggie at Green Century. Two days later the truck arrives, really nice driver takes 3 pallet loads of stuff. Really nice people, took care moving stuff not to damage the office. We will never have that much stuff again, but we will be calling Green Century more often. Thanks Maggie
Green Century has been a fantastic company to partner with my computer and electronics repair business. Their staff is always super helpful and quick to respond to anything we need and their drivers and pickup crew have always been super friendly, efficient, respectful of our space and time, and just overall great folks. Green Century fills an essential role for our business and in and for our community at large, and I, for one, am ridiculously thankful to have them around and to be able to continue to give them my business. A lot of places peak and then go downhill, but we've been working with Green Century since 2015 and never had a bad experience - it's only gotten smoother and easier over the years. Thank you so much for everything you do!
Friendly staff and very professional to work with. We are so happy with the services offered and support given. Heather/Sarah and Maggie have been super helpful in safely disposing of our old electronics.
I bought a refurbished laptop from these folks. It worked great until a couple days after warranty when I turned on but had no picture. They fixed the monitor back to new for me, free of charge, even though the warranty had expired. Great place to do business and super nice people.
Pretty sweet place to recycle your electronics. Nothing fancy at all. You drive up in that alley way/side street and there are boxes out in the open. You toss your electronics in and your on your way. I'd say its a slightly easier way to recycle electronics than going to Best Buy to recycle it. How much easier? Just skipping customer service since you throw the electronics in the box instead of handing it to someone behind the counter at Best Buy in my experience anyways
We dropped off two printers, a stereo and speakers, a paper shredder, damaged extension cords, a coffee maker, and some smaller items. From Yeon, turn left just before the tracks and drive to the back where you will see the signs, and the large boxes on palettes waiting for you to deposit your electronics. If you have something heavy as we did, you can call the number on the sign and someone will come out to help you. The sign also tells you they don't take lamps or batteries, and that ink jet cartridges must be removed before recycling. If you need residential or commercial pickup or data security, there is an hourly charge for that. Helpful staff, easy way to dispose of your old electronics. No fee or donation or guilt trip required, like at Free Geek.
It was such a pleasure working with Green Century, they made recycling years worth of electronics so fast and easy! Totally recommend, everyone needs to do green recycling of their electronics, and this is the place! Thank you!
From the office staff to the drivers, the customer service Green Century provides is amazing; they are doing an incredible service for us all--who doesn't have a bunch of electronics laying around needing disposal?!? They will come to your door and pick it up with a friendly face and a fair price. We recommend Green Century, as we have been using them for several years now.
A company with great respect for their customer views and opinion. They treat you well with everything at their disposal. And offer great price for their product, and may I add the wide range of product they recycle. I got to know about this company through their website, great work up there too and everything is simple and well detailed. if you need where to recycle your electrical appliances they should be your sure bet, I hear they have other branches so I will say they have my vote. may I add their environment is wow.
