I was looking for a specific piece of Stihl Equipment that no one had in stock in my local area.  Ryan and the crew at Green Thumb had one in stock and was able to meet me halfway between my shop  and their store to complete the transaction.  I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and their willingness to go out of their way to help me!

The service was not what I planned. I  bought a Cub Cadet Walk Behind Self Propelled Electric Start Push Mower. I was expecting it to be a brand spanking new one, it looked used. Front desk service was terrible. Man up front seemed like he didn't care. Will not be back. Will not refer to a friend.
