Green Valley Grocery

Jamilla has been rude for the last time. I dont know why everytime myself and my coworkers go to this store she has an attitude with us and only us. I will start with this google review hoping something changes but if it doesnt then I will proceed with corporate. There are no other issues with any other employees which is why this got 2 stars instead of 1. She needs an attitude check!

I was trying to use the gas pumps but they wouldn’t read my card, so I went to the front doors which were locked despite the “24hr” sign and the employees standing at the counter just stared at me, so I waited about 3 minutes and knocked to which they continued to ignore me. After about 10 minutes standing outside waiting I rang the door bell which was ignored I waited another couple minutes and rang again, the employees visibly irritated that I was not just going to be ignored sent someone to tell me they were busy with shift change and couldn’t help me.

I tried to buy gasoline at this location today. Gasoline came out of the pump at a very, very slow rate. It took 6 minutes to pump 2 gallons of gas. The clerk said it was new pumps and the new pumps have not worked right since being installed. Also said something about the temperature of the fuel. Fix the pumps.

This gas station is horrible, the employees are rude and don’t care if you’re waiting outside regardless of the temperature, when they lock the doors they will ignore you for as long as they can, unless they are incredibly annoyed by your presence. Don’t shop here.

A dark haired employee was the absolute rudest lady to be working in customer service.

This place is great! Stopped here to stock up on the way to our hike at the Valley of Fire. Gloria at the cashier counter is awesome and makes this place special and welcoming.
