Greenbelt Nature Center

Amazing place to visit any time of year. It's a bit sketchy when there is still snow on the ground around February, but overall it is awesome and you won't regret visiting. Only thing to note is, if it has just rained, avoid the lower part of Latourette directly near Heyerdahl Hill if you are hiking, it is usually quite muddy.

Great place to hike, trail maps and super clean rest rooms. Professional staff. They are very organized and strict on covid protocol We hike it all the time. love doing trail maintenence hikes with the staten island hikers to show our respect to the park!

Beautiful, really feels like you're out in the wilderness in certain spots. But then in other places you're very close to the highway or people's backyards. Several of the trails cross fairly busy roads. But we'll worth the trip. And the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Nice to get out and get some fresh air. The trails could be better marked but otherwise a pleasant afternoon

I wasn't sure about biking there but it turned to be quite a great experience, I wish I had a mountain bike, that would bring it to a another level.
