Ugh! I wanted this to be my new favorite place… come on though, watered down, aspartame taste and the albeit friendly kid working the register didn’t even put peanut butter in my “peanut butter and jelly” smoothie. This was my second try. Come on, VERMONT, all you have to do is nail a smoothie and you’ll kill it in business…
Awesome smoothies. Got the Classic Strawberry Banana With vitamin E added but I drank it so fast. And not a bad price $7.00 + $1.00 for vitamin E. The guy was really nice and funny.
The owners here are so friendly, and super fast! I have tried many of their smoothies. My favorite is the Rise and Grind with coffee and chocolate. Sometimes I request some peanut butter and banana in it as well! I've even called my order ahead of time and they had it waiting for me to enjoy on my way to work. Along with their awesome smoothie bar, they also have protein powders, nutritional supplement and vitamins. Love this place!
This is one of my favorite places to grab a refreshment after my workouts. All of their smoothies are great. Everyone’s always prompt to greet me when available and work hard to keep the establishment clean.

I went to the Essex block party and they had a smoothie shack setup. I didn't realize at first that protein powder is in the smoothies and asked for them not to add it the sign says vegan available upon request and the kid stopped and the owner stuck his head out and refused to make it. Another girl later asked for the vegan version and they said they didn't want to make it that way. I just want a smoothie, dang it!
Great place to grab a smoothie. Full of good stuff for whatever type of mood you're in. Fresh ingredients, nutrients, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend at least once a day!
Extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful when you are trying to better your health. You can tell them what you would like to accomplish and they are more than willing to give you options. Prices are reasonable and the Smoothies are delicious. Great customer service.
