Greenfield KinderCare

From the prices to staff accountability the good feelings we had about our child being at this location has drastically decreased to the point of looking elsewhere for a daycare provider. WAY too many unanswered/half answered questions about fees and our child's wellbeing. Will not be recommending this location to anyone and filing a formal complaint.

I had an amazing experience with this daycare. My son has autism and his teacher was truly amazing with him. Always went above and beyond for him. Miss Cassie is the best hands down. I am beyond great ful for the experience this daycare gave me and my son.

I absolutely love the Greenfield KinderCare! I have two girls who attend the facility. My oldest has been there now almost 6 yrs. and my youngest 1 yr. The staff is wonderful; friendly, caring and compassionate. Also a lot of fun. They get to play outside, take part in cooking or art classes and they also offer a phonics program. The summer program is phenomenal, it keeps the kids interested and active. My kids have gone from the infant room to school age, they even help with potty training.Anytime there has been an issue which is few and far between the staff has been great at communicating with me. We have seen some of the staff come and go, but it has never been a deterrent for us. When I hear friends, family, or colleagues talk about childcare services I always highly recommend the Greenfield KinderCare. It’s my kids home away from home, and that’s something to be really happy about.

My daughter started going here at 7 weeks old and my family loves it. Elaine is such a sweetheart with the babies. My little one is a little older now and she loves going to daycare she quite literally runs in every morning She also goes with her older brother who is with the school-aged kids. One of my favorite things about this center is the constant communication. I highly recommend downloading the app. We see pictures throughout their day, what they ate, when she uses the bathroom, etc. I enjoy that their days are structured. They learn new things, read, get to experiment, socialize, and play. They get outdoor time when the weather permits. My school-age son always tells me that he has WONDERFUL days. When I drop my kids off, I know that they are safe and well-cared for. I appreciate the staff. They're always so friendly and upbeat. They have great communication skills, and that is very important to me. The location is also great because its in a quiet area and it has a fenced-in play area and grass for the kids to play in, but it is only minutes away from the highway, so I'm at work within minutes.

Our son and daughter have been going to KinderCare since 12 weeks old and we are very happy. They have connected with their teachers and they do a great job planning activities even for the youngest kids. Staff has always been accommodating and communicates with us well. They have increased their already high standards of cleanliness with the Covid and monitor temperature daily to ensure the health and safety of my little ones. Recommended!

Absolutely love this Center!! I have had some bad experiences in the past with other Day cares with even having the State of Wisconsin closing my daughters past Day Care which forced me to change daycare's and ran to KinderCare this location. With it being the end of the day and needing care for my daughter the next day Debbie was so helpful on getting the process started. it almost didn't feel real how smooth everything was going. I was so pleased on how clean the facility is and how friendly everyone was. Once we were all settled in I was so pleased to know how much better my daughter was being cared for. Everything is so clean and easy to find info out on the class room. My child got sick a lot at her other daycare but with being at KinderCare on Forest Home after two months she was actually less sick which was at the age of 1 1/2 and now she will be turning 7 in the fall and so thankful for KinderCare more than words can explain. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! and recommend to all.

Prior to choosing Greenfield KinderCare we visited other KinderCare locations and were not impressed. So when we went to the Greenfield location we were quite pleased, the facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and we got a good sense that our infant would do well there. Our infant started at 4 months old and is now over 1 and developing very well. We love the frequent parent/teacher conferences and the daily communication. We recommend the facility!
