They Allow their drivers to drive on expired registration! And when we called to complain that they have drivers out the women Ms.D tried to validate their trucks riding around towing on an expired registration . Lied said she did a complaint and didnt. Cops was called , the driver almost crashed trying to flee the area once cops was called and pictures of the registration was captured. And he had damage to his vehicle. Breaking basic driving protocols. Today is the 15th of January but his TEMP registration was good until 3rd of January thats 12 days w out registration! We will be filling.

this people try to steal my car and they took my $150 cash money to drop my truck. it was privet parking lot that I had permission to park there with the business owner. and I had a 4X4 on gear and he just dragged my truck. if my truck has problem my lawyer will contact you guys. you guys are crazy...

This company is stealing from people! Scott, the manager, is not doing anything about it. There were two guys who are pocketing the so-called “Drop-fee”. We were overcharged for the “drop-fee”, which was paid IN CASH. We called Greenwood Towing regarding this matter and according to Scott, the drivers said we didn’t pay anything. Their story was that they “felt sorry for us” and released the car free of charge. We made a police report regarding about this matter. There is surveillance video showing the drivers of the tow truck sitting in the truck waiting for us to get the money from the ATM. Scott does not care that they are stealing from us, nor does he care that they’re stealing from the company that he manages. IT’S A SCAM!!!! Please be careful if you encounter this towing company. ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND RECORD THEM. Take a picture of the drivers and the tag of the truck, so that you do not have to go to the extreme measures that I have. Do not allow them to over charge you! Scott apparently isn’t doing anything about this because one of the drivers in particular meets the quota every month, so he keeps him around.Service: Car towing

Terrible. Can’t confirm it, but I’m pretty sure they stole my car. No signs posted anywhere I come back to my vehicle missing. CIAA weekend out of state plates rental. Teller looked shocked when she figured out i lived here. Also Prices are out of this world. Paid almost $400 to get my car back. Car was still warm when i got in it.

My car was towed after I parked in The Markets at Highlandtown's parking lot for 10 minutes. The driver who towed my car was not respectful. They only took cash and the driver told me to go get cash for him. I realized my car was being towed right outside of the supermarket, and I stopped him. He ended up charging me for $300. That was stealing money from other people. Your company and people are BAD. YOU GUYS DESERVE 0 STAR.

The worst SCAMMERS IN BALTIMORE. They towed my vehicle from 3501 Eastern Avenue, which it's not the problem, the problem is they charged $450.00 cash but the receipt is only for $300. I called their office to ask for their towing prices and they told me $300, the driver and his assistance kept $150.00. They have someone on guard to inform them of violators so they can scam them out of money. This time they scammed the wrong Spanish family because I recorded a video where the assistance states I paid $450.00 and goes on to say this is a company scam. The video might not be admissible in court but I am sure the lawyers and judge will hear it. I will contact every company whose under contract with them and inform them they are dealing with a corrupted company.Service: Car towing

Vehicle towed illegally, got pics to prove it. They will be reported to the news and every tow truck will be captured in pics until we find the one who illegally towed our vehicle and their pics will be put on the news, snatching and grabbing which is considered theft. And they are fixing the damage to our vehicle, and greenwood towing will be stopped. Yall get away with too much. And since those tow guys decided to get physical I guess good luck to yall. There will be a petition filed to handle these people.

Was in my car and the person picked it up.... I cane out and screamed out to him saying I'm moving I'm still in this spot not believing he is targeting me had to pay 150 to have him drop it but they gonna hear from my lawyer..... money really don't matter I hate people raking advantage of me....

Although I was upset about my car being towed. The service there was good. The young lady who helped me was so nice and even though there were two couples ahead of me I didn't wait long at all.. She was friendly and efficient. I wish I got her name.

The woman who worked for the company was rude and couldn't prove any wrong doing. They had the the audacity to say I was parked at a permit lot, stole my car, and said they would return it for $300. That is absolute piracy and ransoming.Service: Car towing
