I 've know Mr. Greg for over 30 yrs. He has serviced 3 vehicles of mine and I never had a problem with the service. He is a straight forward man when it comes to explaining the repairs needed on your car. Prices are reasonable compared to the dealers. I trust him, because he is not trying to beat you out of your money . I recommend him to all that have GMC cars.

BEWARE!!! If customer service is important to you this is not the place. The owner answered my call today and spoke to me as if my business meant nothing. Greg answered my call in the shop area where there was so much noise that I could barely hear him. After I mentioned the fact that it was difficult to hear him Greg replied "Well... this is a shop and we're busy". I told him that I would bare with the noise and continue to explain the Emission issue I was having with my 2002 Cadillac Truck OBD issue. When I finished speaking, Greg began to go down a list of things that I said that he didn't care to hear. Are you serious? I was referred to this company by a friend, and didn't know the type of services they provided. Apparently I should've known according on Greg's response. At no time during this unpleasant conversation did Greg make me feel comfortable about his services or business practice. As I matter of fact, he told me that he didn't even want attempt to repair my vehicle. Business must be good for Greg's Cadillac, because he made it known that my business wasn't needed or welcome.

Great service, he's very friendly and reasonable. Takes a lot to fully understand these cars especially 1995 thru 2010 year models.

My fiancee wont takes Escalade anywhere else.Mechanic very knowledgeable.
