I found Dr. Dodell to be very well informed, empathic, helpful, practical Also, he patiently answered all of my many questions. He is clearly a knowledgeable physician with a natural, warm bedside manner and a gift for explaining things to a non-specialist. Also he is old enough to have had a good deal of experience and young enough to be energetic and on top of the details of my case. Katherine a prior reviewer had a bad experience, but it sounds like she never actually saw Dr. Dodell and was unhappy that he couldn't see her as soon as she wants. No doubt this is because he is understandably popular. I am going to recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist, secure in the knowledge that they will thank me for the tip.

Dr. Dodell is an excellent endocrinologist. I had a telehealth appointment with him regarding a somewhat complex matter. He was a great listener, was friendly, down to earth, and had some good ideas on how to proceed. I would recommend working with him without hesitation through telehealth or in person.

I've been going to Dr. Dodell for at least 5 years for hypothyroid issues after finding him as a highly rated practitioner on ZocDoc. He has wonderful bedside manner, believes in HAES Health at Any Size, and is very non-judgmental and responsive. Also, when I lost my referral for a procedure I needed, his staff got back to me right away over their electronic medical record and resent it to me very quickly. The current group of support staff are very helpful and responsive. I could not be happier with Dr. Dodell and this practice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dodell is the best endocrinologist I have ever seen. His approach is to look at the whole picture taking into account one's lifestyle, eating habits, other health issues as well as blood tests. He's compassionate, patient and very thorough in his exams. He really listens and is present with you. How he has handled my care has changed my life exponentially and I am forever grateful.

I don't frequently like or trust doctors. I like and trust Dr. Dodell. He listens, works collaboratively on your health goals/plans with you, he takes an educative and explanative approach rather than just dictating orders - which is necessary for making positive longterm health/behavior changes, by understanding how things work together in your health. He's also just seems like a nice guy.

Just a great doctor. Takes the time to evaluate blood work and is not afraid to explore solutions and find what works best with your body. Dr. Dodell does not accept my insurance plan but I gladly pa out of pocket. Its difficult to find doctors of this quality

Great Doctor! Answered all my questions and didn’t rush me from my visit. Nice, comfortable clean atmosphere. Definitely will recomend my family and friends to Dr.Dodell!

Terrible experience. Tried booking appointment and did not notify me that it was with a physician's assistant. Called receptionist and she was incredibly rude and told me Dr. Dodell was not available for another 2 months. Stay away and go to a different endo clinic asap.
