I am a new patient this year, but thrilled with the care I am receiving from both my dentist, and his staff. They are quick to bring me in to the room to start the cleaning and all. They take actual photos of my teeth not just x-rays so I can see what they are talking about when they see work that needs to be done. The dentist and hygienist are very personable. They contact me if there is a sooner appointment available. I love it there.

I would like to say Optima is a real nice place to get your teeth fixed. I went today and it was quick and simple. The desk workers was polite and answered all my questions. And I'm bad with names but the nurse that assisted me with my x-rays was the greatest. I give her a 10 for handling her business. Sorry can't remember her name but I appreciate you and all the workers. See you again keep up the good work.

I changed dentists because this office is closer to my residence. If you want a "spa" with high pressure sales, and receptionists that don't give you the proper insurance information, then be sure to drop by this gem of an outfit. I first went in for a simple cleaning, and was told that I needed a catalog of procedures, including a deep cleaning. I was assured that my insurance would cover half of an outrageously priced, unnecessary procedure. I agreed, and paid half. A month later I received a bill from Optima Dental claiming I still owe them money. I called the office and was told that the deep cleaning wasn't defined in the insurance guidelines, so I had to contact my insurance provider to see if they would cover it. I called. They don't. I am going back to my old dentist. He thinks my teeth are fine. This has been an appalling experience.

The best dental care I have ever experienced. Each person I interact with is attentive, considerate and professional. Reception, billing, hygene, assisting and of course the doctor. They have made me feel welcome, cared for and valued. The work is good. In the passed I have had some bad experiences and felt nervous of dental work. I am happy now.

The Dentist and his Dental Assistant were absolutely awesome! Explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist were nice and friendly. However, it was not totally explained to me the costs of picking a plan. I was shocked that $955 was taken from my account and I was not told this. I was a bit confused after my surgery and it was not completely explained to me.

The dentist and staff are great at Optima Dental West. The dentist took time to make a plan that we both can live with instead of making decisions without getting my important. I also love that the dentist can do extractions and some root canals. One stop shop is the best.

Such wonderful staff here. I hadn't been to the dentist since before college, so I've needed a lot of work done and the kindness of the staff and the great care they take has made the million and one appointments I've had to have a little less miserable. I might actually be a little sad when my teeth are fixed and I only need to come in for cleanings.

Only had my first visit so far, but the office was very nice and the entire staff did a great job of making me feel ok, considering I am terribly afraid of dentists. Latest and greatest technology, and very easy to book an appointment. Glad to have found this place.

I live in West Salem and picked this office out of convenience Huge mistake!! Absolutely traumatizing Dr Bruce was dismissive and distracted by his own wandering thoughts. I had a tooth pulled and he prepared me for a bridge. Bottom line the experience was so bad I could not let him finish I switched Dentists, finishing my Bridge with Dr Smith at Smiles Dental on Mission 100% Top Notch Office!!!

Very friendly - super professional - they always make me feel welcome and safe - they use state of the art tech and cutting edge techniques - I trust them to provide service to all of my family and strongly recommend these great people for all your dental needs!!
