I went there with my husband for the first time and asked what people usually order as there were lots of options, but no photos of the food. I ordered a Philly steak & cheese sandwich. They did not ask what I wanted on it and I couldn't see what toppings were available. The sandwich ended up being very dry and with very little cheese. Subway has better basic and consistent customer service for a better price. We ended up paying about $!2.00 for a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a drink. The woman in front of me got a free sample of salami handed to her across the counter. The kids after me got free brownies because the staff "loved" the kids. Not feeling the love here. After my visit, I heard that the mac n cheese are good. Maybe I should have ordered that instead. I probably won't be going back, though.

What a great sandwich shop! Always enjoy coming here for more food than one can possibly eat. Their fresh made sourdough bread is to die for. Good people and decent prices keep us coming back for more. Really love the summer time when there is outdoor seating.

Food was great. However, watching employees bicker at one another and the chick at the counter can't multitask and then over stresses herself and acts bitchy. The woman who seemed to be a manager was trying very hard to show great customer service and apologized to all the customers waiting impatiently. I'm giving it 2 stars for the fact that my meal was great. But when you spend 40 bucks on a meal for two I suppose I would expect more. I probably should have just went to McDonald's to hear people bicker.

Subs are absolutely wonderful! The sourdough is handmade and is simply the best I’ve ever had. The subs were better under previous management, but still are hard to pass on. ASK FOR EXTRA VINEGAR AND OLIVE OIL on your sandwich. SERIOUSLY. you will thank me later.

Love the new look, its very quaint and trendy inside now. Food is as food as ever, big portions for good prices. I tried the sea salt brownies today for the first time. Omg it was delicious and fudgey and its a huge portion. It's a must stop in Indy, of the beaten path but a great hidden gem.
