Stopped in to look at purchasing a new zero turn mower. Person I spoke to was knowledgeable and called me the next morning on time. The mower was delivered on time with a thorough demonstration of the equipment. This kind of customer service has become the exception rather than rule for many businesses. Happy to buy local rather than from a big box store.
I would give more stars if I could. This level of service is hard to find anywhere these days. Everyone spent a lot of time answering my questions and showing me different features on the mower. I feel like they went above and beyond to explain and show the mowers, yet I never felt pressured to buy. I even left to look online and at other stores, but nobody could beat their price. KJ and the owner Ken were both very helpful, but especially KJ. He is passionate about mowers and you can tell he knows his stuff. 10 stars.
The people were great to work with and extremely patient with my many questions. They repaired my snowblower, but I haven’t used it yet to know if it is working good. Therefore, I cannot comment on the work that was done yet.

Both of My scag mowers are back in action for the season without a worry. Great guys, great place and they stay on top of it. Haven’t let me down in over a year and I’m probably there a bit too often.. HIGHLY reccomend!
