Convenient location, friendly staff, but probably the worst massage I've ever had. This is barely a spa, but more of a salon with backroom situation which is surprising as it is inside the Westin Copley. Try another one of the nearby options instead.

Grettacole's number one perk in my book is the free prosecco during any appointment. Go see Mary for waxing or facials. They also offer blowouts at a reasonable price comparable to the blow dry bars in the area.

The location was not open when we arrived one hour after posted opening time, and the massages left a lot to be desired. If you want a professional massage, look elsewhere.
