Arrived an hour before the shop was scheduled to close with a broken side view mirror, a check engine light on, and a flat tire. I explained my family member had given me the advice they were a good shop, I had driven on the freeway with a flat in stop and go traffic. They said they didn’t do tires, offered to put on my spare so I could go to another shop. Since my check engine light was on, and I had explained I had had three other shops in San Fransisco look at it and give estimates, if they wanted to keep it overnight night and look at it the next day, that would be helpful. They called my Family member, wrote out 179 dollar diagnostic for putting my own spare tire on and quoted almost 3k in repairs. Today the check engine light turned off on it’s own after I purchased a new tire elsewhere. San Fransisco at 300$ hr labor cost was 1/3rd the price quotes for repairs on the same car. Follow up: Their social media customer service representative called after this post to ask what he could do to help. He offered to refund my money and forwarded the actual documentation of my car to me, the owner, rather than a family member. He assured me they are opening three more new locations and that they will get 6000 other positive reviews that will outweigh this one. I told him to use my funds to actually help the next person that came in with a flat tire, that I wasn’t taking down my review, and that I really hoped the initial positive referral I was given for their shop did reflect their policies moving forward. If you don’t give the actual owner of the vehicle documentation on their repair estimated quoted over the phone, that’s pretty basic missing piece of information from any garage.

Since I decided to pursue business elsewhere, he offered to refund me the full amount of what I spent on the diagnosticread more below. He was very pleasent to speak with and really tried to earn back my business. For this, an additional star has been added to this review for good customer service. Thanks John!** I was gravely disappointed by the level of care these technicians gave my vehicle; it seems that a thorough diagnostic here is considered nothing more than a physical walk around. I expected at least an electrical test of the suspect sensor, and an oil pressure test, both of which never happened. It feels like they charged me $173.52 just to write down what I told them. They couldn't even give me a physical copy of the diagnostic paperwork when I asked them for it! They also cleared my dash-cam, which is rude since I had some driving videos saved on there. Why they would do that unless they had something to hide? For what it's worth, they use Uber as a shuttle service, and that was convenient. But I think service should outweigh convenience, not the other way around. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Ok, so they couldn't fix my car because there short staffed and already loaded with repairs BUT Dustin went above and beyond by letting me hang tight until AAA could pick up my Honda. He even offered to pay for an Uber to take me back to North Phoenix and then bring me back when the car was fixed. I do not live on this side of town but if I did they would have just got a customer for life. Thank guys
These guys are the best, I have used them for a couple of years and have been generally happy. However this week I had a car crisis and they were very helpful in helping with the tow, calling a ride for me to get back home, a quick diagnosis and valuable recommendations to resolve. They even waived off some charges voluntarily, made for a great experience in a bad situation. Ken and Dustin are two good guys whom I mostly deal with but the rest of the team as well are just good people who have earned my trust and ofcourse business for years to come. Highly recommend. I was sure my starter had went bad in my car I had many issues going on and when I reached out to this shop they were so helpful and kind always willing to help and listen. Once I got my car there they called within 45 mins and had great news it wasn’t my starter just need a new battery!!! I did get some other work done that needed to be done as well but my car was done very fast and everything was communicated with me in a timely manner. Great job guys thank you so much!!! Recently moved to Arizona from out of state and looking for that reliable mechanic like I had back in California. After researching multiple mechanics and reading many reviews, I decided to visit Greulich’s. From the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time they Uber’ed me to pick up my vehicle, I had an excellent experience. It seems so hard to find great customer service these days, but Cliff and his team at Greulich's are the exception! They squeezed me in for a battery change didn't even purchase the battery from them today when I was on a really tight schedule. Greulich’s on S. 48th St provided excellent service. I made an appointment, they were ready for me and immediately started work on my car. My car was finished before I expected. They explained that rust from living in the north had tightened some bolts, I paid the bill and was on my way. They were personable, efficient, and provided explanations of work done that was in paragraph form, not codes. I’m going back to Greulich’s from now on.Service: Wheel alignment
These guys are so awesome. Would recommend to everyone looking to get their vehicle serviced. I Called all Chevy dealerships to get my new Equinox in for diagnostic test to see why it’s shaking when accelerating. I have full coverage warranty and all local dealerships are around 2 weeks -just to drop it off and they will get to it when they get to it! Greulich’s got me in immediately. Did a diagnostic test for free and said it will be costly to fix so wait for a dealership to cover my warranty. They are reliable, professional, and won’t over charge you!!Service: Vehicle Inspection
