The second time I visited was much much better than the first. Staff friendly and no one harassing you. Plus Greens Lunch down the street for breakfast and lunch quick and cheap and better than vending machine stuff.

The security guard and Janitor talk to people like theyre criminals. Disgusting people

Me personally I won't be taking greyhound again, it's to much of a pain. I was stuck at three different stations for several hours at a time. But the staff was very professional and kind as well minus the few idiots. Overall next time is either plane or train

Charlotte Station is okay on making sure that customers board their bus on time. The bathrooms are clean and lobby. Staff treats customers with respect. The only thing is that they do need parking for customers to park overnight or something.

The ride and staff we're accommodating and comforting. My only complaint is the state of the restroom in Richmond, Virginia. However I know that the employees were not at fault for the making of the mess so I cannot be angry with Greyhound. Thank you for a safe and comforting ride.
