Greyhound Bus Lines

Horrible Experience! They turned it in to a hospital,you need to buy your tickets online!! We didn't know that and got dropped off there and it was friggin so cold. No plan "b"... Just got lucky... God was looking out for us!!! Be prepared if you are trying to take Greyhound Bus from Providence!

Place is outside a parking garage in a tunnel. No safe place to wait. Very dirty and homeless people sleeping on the benches. Just awesome

You call this a bus stop!? Nowhere to sit or be shielded from the rain, talk about safety. Hmmm...

Bus driver never showed up made me late for my next stop ended having to stay at my next transfer station over night and a day late to my destination

There is no way to get a live update on the bus’s progress leaving you in the dark as to where or when the bus is coming. If you can track an Uber in real time you can track a bus. Better off hitchhiking and why can’t I give 0 stars?

The amount of buses I've missed because of lack of communication is ridiculous. I've wasted so much time and money because it's hard to see where the bus is even coming from. They need an actual stop here.

Did not expected much still chairs were comfy but ride was bumpy and was supposed to ride from provi to NYC bus never showed up and had to catch another bus after 2.39 mins well all the weekend plan went into drain

Easy to find friendly staff bus driver was great.

Very unorganized and little to no help or guidance as to where the actual stop is located. Very confusing. Providence can and should do better
