Greyhound: Bus Station

There's an actual rule where you can't be on the premises until 2 hours before your departure, all kinds of hot heads in there amped up and ready to go jump somebody, including the George-Zimmerman-type security guard with his bald head and pretty night staff. I hate Albuquerque and haven't even spent a full day there. Adding the amount of time I spent the first time I passed through that garbage town. Because of their stupid 2 hour trespass rule, I had to carry all my luggage(over 50 lbs worth) all the way to a park with all kinds of people staring me down. If you have the option, go around Albuquerque. This places sucks. Bad

Scary place. Saw a couple overdose in the drop off area. Albuquerque's finest came. Like 30 minutes later

These folks were great!!! Complicated travel with planes/wind/bus....Had long layover waiting for bus. They made everything right. Am retired ER nurse...security was excellent.... they are definitely under construction...little construction dust never hurt anyone. Thank you for making my first Grayhound experience in 40 years, a good one. Oh, PS: the driver was a little cranky..might have been a bad night, it happens.

It was nice, I go every two months for my train. It's clean, has convenient vending machines, and the last time I went there it looked like they were remodeling :)

Attendant answered all my questions and even let me ride on the scooter from the train car to the depot. First time on long distance train. Had a great time
