Newer type buses or coaches, same ole building. Once in a while you'll catch an employee on her/his bad day, but along with the attitude you will get your service needs attended. Sooooo, it's alright.
Very dirty but will get you to your destination and the workers are nice that's why I give it a 3star other then that it's a giant trashcan of disgustingness people are disgusting they need to hire a 24 hour janitor team because I guess no one believes in cleaning up after themselves smh
The greyhound bus was 45 minutes late and we had to be picked up at 9 o’clock at night so we didn’t get onto the ground to almost 10 PM in a bad neighborhood!
Be warned, the actual inside station is closed. But! If you purchase an e-ticket online, you can still wait for the bus outside. Just don’t wait alone, the neighborhood isn’t the best.
Greyhound just isn't a good company and busses have always been late for me.
No Greyhound Bus Station here! Closed, some other business there now.
If I can give a Zero Star I would. Plus customer service! Dropped my father in law off 40 mins early for his pickup, get a call 20 mins after the time the bus should of picked up from him stating the bus didn't show up at the loading sign at this location and only dropped ppl off at a coffee shop at the end of the Plaza and left, all these ppl including my father in law never got to board, luckily I was able to pick him up and take him to the location they should go to next hoping to let him board due to the driver didn't do their job. Customer service sucks everything goes through an automated system to go to booking only not to the claims center I picked on. Waste of money and time. No one helped him at the next location 2115 e buckeye and the two males just walked right by him and my husband when needing help. They need better drivers, better front desk employees, care for their customers, update bus stops, and their systems. I'm filing a full complaint and asking for compensation for my father in law.
The place doesn't look very safe and clean, I get that it's a bus station so people sleep on the floor but still. Announcement are very hard to understand with the current speakers, so it's often confusing which door is the correct one.
The system seems to be down all the time, there is VERY limited shade, drinks are retardedly pricey in the vending machines. My scheduled bus didnt show up, and greyhound refused to acknowledge this as a hassle for 23 people waiting for the bus. The only reason I gave any stars was for the bathrooms being so pleasantly sanitary and the distinct lack of riff-raff usually found hanging about such places.
I mean it's only a pick up or drop off spot for greyhound. But the area has gone way south, what with the Zombies people who smoke the drug called Blues, the stink of urine, and aluminum foil tumbleweeds. I would suggest that you keep your distance after dark, of go in pairs.
