Don't know about Robert Mauro's experience, sounds like a fake review. Greystone came down to our property twice, because they did such a good job the first time. They poured a patio for us, and redid our sidewalk and porch. They came in at budget and even credited us money back because the project was not as large as once anticipated. The quality has held up well over the last 2 years, and they stand behind their product. They came by to reseal and color correct when needed at no cost to me. From the design, implementation, and accounting, all aspects of their business are professional, and competent. The communication has been very good, and I recommend Greystone Masonry highly for your project.

Final product came out nice but not worth the aggravation and unprofessionalism of the staff. They dripped oil on the driveway. A hydrolic hose broke on their excavator and sprayed fluid all over the back of the slider door and just left it. You may get one person in crew who speaks about 2 and a half words of English if you're lucky. One of the crew had a nasty attitude one day and I threw him off the property and I called the office and they said he was having a tough time in his personal life. While building a small desk they broke a spot light and didn't say anything. It's hard to pay 20K for this and watch 5 grown men kick a soccer ball around my backyard. A "two week project" turned into a month. Had to spend even more money clean up around the perimeter of the patio because they "graded" it and it looked terrible. At the end I spoke with the owner and he couldn't care less. He agreed to pay half for me to reseal my driveway from the massive oil stain they left. I will never have them step foot on my property again. My wife and I wouldn't go on the patio for about the first month because when we looked outside at the patio we were just reminded of the aggravation. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

We are very pleased with the final product. Everyone who has seen it, has been very impressed. They thought I paid a lot more than I did. I thought I would pay a lot more than I did. Doing a large patio (40x20), is not an easy thing and does come with its challenges, but the front office put their efforts forward to back their product. I would not do this large of a project with a small team subcontractor.

My wife & I just had a large, 2 tier, stamped/acid stained patio installed. The Greystone team started it in the 3rd week of March and it took about 2 weeks or so to complete it. It rained quite a bit and was below freezing a few days, so I consider the time to complete very reasonable. The job was quite complicated as there was intricate staining needed for a Rose/Flower border (3 colors) and a multi colored Flagstone pattern. We are very pleased with the final result. The patio is absolutely beautiful. Greystone's office team kept us updated during the process and engaged us when needed. They are not the cheapest out there, but their pricing was VERY close to the competition....and you get what you pay for. I highly suggest you go visit their outdoor lot when picking a pattern & colors if you are doing stamped concrete...it really helps match patterns & borders. When the sealant is put on it will make the colors darker, but just keep this in mind when picking colors. In our case it really made the colors look richer. Excellent work!

I am very pleased with Greystone's workmanship and professionalism!
I had a somewhat simple project compared to most of their projects, about 1000 sq. ft of flat patio (brushed finish) and a simple stairway up to the front of the house. Melissa, Luisa, and Dan took it on and worked extensively with me to make sure our patio was perfect. Pricing was much better than other licensed companies in the area and their knowledge of working with gutter/sump pump drainage systems was great.
I have recommended them to many friends who have/are/will be using them.
I will definitely be using them for any future projects!
Thank you Greystone
