Griffin Pools installed our 18 X 36 in-ground vinyl pool. We couldn't be happier with the experience! They were extremely professional, provided the highest quality installation, and if any issues arose they were quick to address. We were first time pool buyers, and would definitely buy from Griffin if we were to do it again.
The staff here is fantastic, always helpful, willing and able to answer questions! Excellent customer service goes a long way and they always have the supplies I need.
Very friendly sales person but not very knowledgeable. Only interested in discussing "standard" spa, did not want to discuss special ordered or anything other than what she knew about. No spam in showroom. Everything on back order to arrive in 3 months.
Super friendly staff! I love that I get in and out quickly with exactly what I need and my daughter loves that she can get a sucker or popsicle every time we go
