My experience at Griffin Hubs Jeep was amazing! My service advisor Tom in body shop was very thorough, friendly, and made sure to keep me updated on my repair. Even with a slight delay in parts, he managed to keep me informed and even wiped away my insurance deductible at the end for my convenience! Awesome experience and I would definitely come back here for any repairs on my 2022 Jeep !
I'm thrilled to write a glowing review about my outstanding experience at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram located at 5700 S. 27th St. in Milwaukee, WI. The new Ram 2500 I purchased was perfect because of them. The dealership was clean, well-lit, and open at times that made it easy for me to see the vehicles in person. They offered a wide array of vehicle options and I found their online inventory accurately represented the inventory on their lot. There were many vehicles in-stock, and, if necessary, they were flexible to locate a vehicle. Very impressive given the current state of global supply chains! The best part of working with Griffin's Hub was the instant and honest customer service. I spoke directly with the new car sales manager, Alex Aicher, who worked diligently to ensure I found a vehicle configured with everything I needed, everything I wanted, and nothing extraneous. The Ram configuration that best fit my needs needed to be ordered from the factory. Alex thoroughly triple-checked all paperwork to ensure the order was placed correctly the first time. A few days after delivery, he followed up with a courtesy call to make sure the vehicle met my expectations. Alex was the best salesperson I've worked with to date because he stood behind the sale throughout all of our interactions. My questions were answered immediately and he did everything necessary to follow through with a "yes". I gave all 10's across the board for this dealership! This was my first time as a customer at Griffin's Hub and I'll immediately return for my next vehicle. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!
It is rare when I get give a 5 star review. I want to thank the service manager and team for an outstanding customer service experience. I did not walk in in my usual suit and tie, but still received white glove service from beginning to end. More than pleased with the result of their work. A strong recommend.
This would be my 2nd new car purchased from them within the past 3 years! Love the staff, Dino and Jose ALWAYS were there to help even on their days off to take care of me. Always recommend when people are in search of new or gently used vehicles.
Recently9/14/21 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, needless to say the job performed was poor, incomplete and to top it off they caused damage that subsequently led to further damage to my wheel, hub, and bearing. They broke one of the wheel locks and couldn't remove the wheel for the said rotation. They further increased the damage by attempting to drill through the wheel lock and into the stud, eventually leaving the job incomplete and suggested I take the vehicle to the dealer I purchased it from after I declined to incurr any charges to a brand new vehicle that they caused damage to. Today 9/16/21 the dealer in Gurnee,Illinois was able to remove the wheel after about 5 hours of trying to maneuver through the damage Griffin CJDR left behind. Not only is the wheel damaged, but the hub bearing had to be replaced taking a simple tire rotation into a $1,000+ invoice to me at no fault of my own. This was also the first time the wheels were being touched since it came off the lot. To add salt to the wound they didn't tighten down the fasteners on the guard that protects the oil pan area causing it to drop down and scrape down the road. This dealer is a short drive from my home so it's pathetic that I had to drive 45 mins to Illinois to get good service done on my vehicle. Came in today for a routine oil change and tire rotation for my jeep. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly face named Eric, he got me checked in and everything. He even offered to do a carwash as well which I thought was a nice touch. The service was fast and straight forward! I even left them a note about a concern I had for my vehicle, he told me everything looked great and I had nothing to worry about. I walked away with a smile on my face. I was very pleased with the service here at Griffin’s hub. Ive been to several Jeep, Dodge, Ram, & Chrysler dealerships for service and all have been great experiences. This was no exception. Definitely recommend this place for Service! I would gladly return here to purchase a new Jeep in the future! Thanks Eric!
The service I received was nothing short of fantastic. It was quick, helpful and done right. The service on the vehicle as well as the customer service were both exceptional. I also want to note how absolutely phenomenal Eric aka “E” and Johnny were; Aaron was also very great, but especially Eric and Johnny. Eric was friendly, personable & took the time to explain what was being done on my vehicle & made sure I understood. His great service is the reason I continue to bring myJeep to Griffin’s Hub
The service to my vehicle was great. However, I kept having to take it back because they couldn't get to my vehicle at least twice due to their busy schedule even though I had an appointment. Once all my parts were there, it was hard to make another appointment. I had to keep calling although they were supposed to contact me. I do want to admit that Quinn was really nice and tried to accommodate me the best he could. His customer service is superb.
I brought my vehicle in for mechanical service work and after the work was completed, the "noise" was louder than what I originally brought in. Don't they test drive the vehicle after repair work? Now it's the weekend and I'm screwed because they are booked-out a week in advance and likely out of loaner cars. A simple test drive would have told them all they needed to know. A second trip on the rack is all that was needed for a happy ending. I guess they felt confident their repair work does not need to be checked afterwards. Who would want to waste any time by verifying the work was done completely and correctly? Is there still pride in Workmanship and Quality? My time is valuable, I can't keep running back and forth to the dealership. Very disappointed, I must give a low grade as it is justified. I would give a lower grade except for the fact they did arrange a loaner car for the several days it took to acquire replacement parts and they honored the warranty I purchased when I purchased the vehicle - both were deeply appreciated. The final outcome is still a disappointment and an excessive amount of inconvenience.
Great response time from the lead tech. They kept us up to date every step of the way as they had to keep the car for a few days. Every day there was an update with the current status and what to expect. They found and fixed the issue while honoring the warranty! Great experience!
