Griffitts Construction Company

I absolutely could not recommend Griffitts Construction highly enough. They replaced our siding on our old home, and we were so pleased, they were the first and only company we contacted when we needed the roof replaced on our new home. This is a locally-owned family business that's been working in these trades for generations. They definitely know what they're doing!! When our roofing project turned into a larger job than anyone expected, they were able to roll with the punches, and we felt confident our home was in good hands. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for a bid - we're definitely glad we did!

new siding..the siding is very nice however after they left we had a drive way full of nails. they used our water spigot outside and broke it and never told us. We found that out on our own unfortunately. They moved our cable box and never put it back where it was originally and just recently we discovered that our air conditioner had been moved and the service switch is missing. Fortunately it still works but this job was very expensive. We spent over 20k to have this work done and these things should not have happened. We will have to spend some money to fix these things that were broken. And they also didn;t not measure my canopy correctly and we had to go with one a little shorter. this is too much money to have these types of things happen.

Communication is very lacking. Still waiting for a call back about repairs to wall and ceiling after a leak not even 6 months after they recoated the roof. Spent over 5k having roof and doors done. Which was overpriced. Not only did they have to come out multiple times to realign the door frame. The door now opens in instead of out like was supposed to. It has been a long hassling process definitely not what I was expecting considering a family friend recommended them.

I had the pleasure of doing a project for international eyecare in Jacksonville and through a word of mouth from our staff out there we met mike. All you need to do is go see our new store to see the quality of work. I have built 116 stores to date and never met a crew half as good as these guys. They are top shelf all the way. 100 percent reliable and on time and on budget. We had some overages but that was due to us adding some items that were not previously talked about. I wish mike and his crew would work nationally for us but I get the appeal of living in the corn fields and renting movies from the local shop. I will say Jacksonville was nice to me and I will miss it but as far as contractors I have never taken time to leave a review I just felt it is the right thing to do. Use them with confidence

Very good quality and value and a locally owned business. They did great on our home even with all the pandemic material shortage issues. Very happy customer!

Griffitts construction is a great place to have your needs taken care of . They did a fanominal job on our roof and garage I recommend them to fix all your needs
