I have been using GrimmSpeed products ever since I started building my 2007 Forester XT, and the quality has been nothing less than exceptional for everything that I have received. The reason for this post, however is the customer service that I recently received. I was having an issue with my GrimmSpeed lower radiator hose leaking within a few weeks of installing it, and I reached out to see if I could just purchase the lower hose instead of the set. Marissa in customer support asked for my address, and then emailed me at the end of the day saying that she had one shipped to me free of charge! Not only was this going above and beyond, but her responsiveness and communication was stellar as well. Thank you for providing awesome products and even better customer support. I am definitely a GrimmSpeed customer for life!
Great service had all of my car parts in 3 days during the middle of the pandemic. Always answered any questions I had and helped me out with choosing parts for my builds. Deffently recommend if you want quality parts.
Great shop, great customer service. I picked up a large order in person from them. told the sales guy about my build, he spotted a part that i was missing to get the install done and hooked me up on the spot. feels great to support an MN company that does such great work. Thanks guys!
Im lucky enough to live within 15 minutes of this magical place! I'm also lucky enough to have a fair amount of their products on my Subi. The products alone are beyond fantastic. What is more is the customer service I have received both in person and over the phone. It ranges from the general questions about a build, to help trouble shooting an install. They love cars, and care about people. It's a pretty awesome combo. Every employee I've talked to from the front of the house to the back is a sincere person proud of what they are doing for a living and it certainly shows in the work and the attitudes of the employees.
Ordered some goodies for my Subaru, not a WRX or STi, but they still had parts for my Subaru. Fast delivery and great products. Brake Booster Brace, Lightweight Crank Pulley, 8mm Intake Spacer and Gear shift knob.
It's been a while since I purchased the EBCS from GrimmSpeed, but it's still going strong, and I was thoroughly impressed with the checkout process and customer service. I have always had a spot in my heart for GS products...just wish there was more support and options for the Mazdaspeed3/6 platform from them.
I truly love Grimmspeed's products! I attached a recent pic, but products NOT shown are my Grimmspeed Limited Downpipe, double thickness exhaust gaskets, Turbo heatshield...and you might be able to see my EBCS in the pic! I also wanted to mention that their Customer Service is really exemplary and they really stand behind their products. I had to make a warranty claim on my heatshield and after email a couple pic, they rushed a new replacement to me right away! I appreciate the fact that they do their own R&D on their own Subies, so WE KNOW their stuff works! Please keep up the great work GrimmSpeed!!!!! -rudy @geerudy on the 'gram
Ordered the WRX stage 3 pack, order was sent out quickly but one box was requested to be returned to seller due to a shipping label issue. Found out later the EBCS in the package is not in stock which wasn't and still is not stated on their website. This was revealed during a call to them for the shipment issue - support lady was nice but nothing was offered for the delay or shipping mess. Thankfully I did not schedule my tune, disappointing first time customer experience. Packaging is superb tho. Also note, the CAI was the item requested back. Shipping label changed 8 lbs to 6 lbs. For GS, in your About Us - if you want to be honest then be transparent about parts not being in stock so customers can plan accordingly. No ETA means I cant use any of the parts unless I want to burn money on re tunes.
