Overall good experience

I had a screw in my tire, and needed a fix fast. The gentlemen at the front desk were polite and through. My SUV was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They even gave me a quote, as I will be needing new tires soon. They were not pushy about the subject at all. I definitely would do business here again. Thank you

3 minutes to get a estimate, dropped it off same day at 5pm, was done at 1pm next day. What repair shop can do this? Fantastic service with no hassle. And I'm pretty sure they filled my washer fluid and never billed me for it...

We were passing through Dayton and had car trouble. Guys at Grismer were fantastic about getting us in quickly on a very busy Saturday morning. We were in and out with reasonable repair cost. Kudos Grismer!
