"The first Metro Market opened in downtown Milwaukee in 2004 and introduced the urban shopping concept to the city of Milwaukee. Since then, Metro Market has grown, each location is unique featuring a mix fresh grocery selections, a great center store and expanded fresh and prepared offerings catering to shoppers on the go."

Absolutely horrible customer service from Lori at the deli this afternoon. I asked for 3 pounds of cole slaw and she immediately rolled her eyes at me. I then politely asked her for a smaller amount and she shook her head in disgust. She's rude and impatient and shouldn't be working in a customer service job. I'm going to shop at the Pick n Save where I work in the meat dept. and won't be coming back to your store because I know how to treat customers kindly.
Diane & Sue were completely NOT helpful this morning. I even asked for a manager to which they did not help with. Very unsatisfactory. I've never had this experience before, but due to their complete unwillingness to help, i won't return.
Very clean, well stocked , Well managed !! I shop hear every week !!! Same savings and deals as Pick N Save !!!
For a grocery store stocked fair especially for the time of day I shopped. Really good selection of items.
I Love coming here it's right on the bus line. I all kinds business here. From Grocery shopping, Money Orders and reloading my M-Card. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I shop at metro mart twice a month for the household food and drink. They have a very high quality produce, meat, deli, bakery, hot deli, and fish market. Their liquor store could be a little more inclusive. For instance they simply NEVER have regular Coors beer. They have the awful tasting Coors light, but not the stuff that intelligent people would actually want to drink. As far as regular grocery items, they have everything that any large store would have. Good Soda selection. Coffee creamers too. Prices are fair. Cheaper than Sendiks - more expensive than Aldi or some other lousy place. I like it. Terrific neighborhood.
I have been shopping at this store for years, I have breathing issues and had a major episode at the check out.The cashier had me sit in a.chair while they took care of everything, they even pushed my cart and offered to walk to my car and put my groceries in my car.I have never been treated this good anywhere else, this Metro Mart has a customer for life. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at the Greenfield Metro Market
Lines were VERY LONG for checkout. I never go through the self service because I don't WORK for Pick and Save, but the young man who works in that area was so helpful and nice, plus my daughter and I think he is cute, too, so I may use it again the future. The produce selection was better than other stores. Amanda at customer service was also very helpful.
Use to be more customers service friendly Roundy"s had lower prices I no longer feel like the customer is their first priority workers very seldom smile
OK so first of all just know that I have been a Pick N Save gal for ages expecially over other super markets but now that this is a Metro Market it has gone WAY down hill. They do not have any baskets any more and I asked why they said people take them which I doubt because what could you do with that? Now I have to push a cart down narrow isles expecially in produce section when I would rather have a basket for a small shopping trip. So sad. Theyre prices have gone WAY up since it is a Metro Market now. I will stick with Pick N Saves from now on.
