Grolen Computers
"In the late 1980’s Jon Gross was a salesman for a plumbing supply company but played with computers in his basement. As a hobby referred to by his wife as “the mistress” he started a dial in bulletin board called Jon’s Bus Stop. It was related to educational issues in Manchester a subject Jon was fond of since he had two young children entering the system and a wife who was an educator. With the advent of the internet, Jon’s board became very popular and expanded to over 20 phone lines – all originating at his home in east Manchester off Candia Road. A childhood best friend, who’s background was in radio station management fell in love with the online service. Moving up from Attleboro, Massachusetts, Ed Lennon invested into Jon’s hobby..."

They couldn't update my laptop and charged me $99 for their service.
Customer Service above and beyond. I have been a customer for a few years. Always great service at a very reasonable price. People you can trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Grolen Computers to anyone.
Won't be your best price here, but power supplies at other places are 2-3 weeks out. Pay for local stock? Sure as heck I will. Grolen had stock, nuff said. I paid about 20 bucks additional for an 80 dollar power supply. I called ahead and there was a guy that came out of a cave to finish the deal
This is not the best place you could go to but it's not the worse. I was trying to look for motherboards and they didn't have it. And also they got a biased towards the amb. To be honest with you. you better off shopping online.
Amazing Service clean store, excellent Customer Service in Repairs @Mentol Erwin of TDR LLC.
I brought in my beat up laptop to have the fan fixed and the hard drive cleaned up. I also mentioned I had take it apart and had some trouble getting it all back together and in the process had lost my mouse pad. If they could fix my mouse that would be great. I preferred to put a deposit down and they gave me a quick price of $200. I got a call a few days later giving me an update and that the new fan would be in on Monday and my computer should be ready the next day. In all he would have my computer for a little over a week, mostly due to waiting for the new fan to arrive. So far I'm pleased. Upon arriving to pick up my computer and he showed me the old fan and told me that he could fix my mouse, but would need to order a new part. I thought to myself, why didn't he mention this earlier. I asked how much for the work done and he thought a little and he told me $125. I mentioned I had already paid $200, so I figured I would get a $20 something wireless mouse. After putting my choice of mouse down on the counter he seemed to indicate that we were done. No receipt, given for the work down, nothing written down for the mouse taken and now the $125 he just quoted me seems to have increases by another $50 cause I paid ahead. I asked if we were even and he said yes. Upon getting home the error code I get when I try to install Google Chrome still pop up. I was hoping that if he cleaned up my registry that I wouldn't get these error messages. I now doubt he cleaned my registry. Also every time I log in, I get this pop up screen asking me to pick a program for something that is trying to open. I mentioned this when he booted up my computer when I went to pick it up and he quickly did something, but upon returning home, the problem is still there.

First heard of Grolen through one of my nieces. She didn't have much money but wanted a computer to access FaceTime and play some games, Jake put together a package that would meet her needs at a price she could afford - and has backed up his work with support as she learned how to use it. So when I needed to upgrade my old computer I payed them a visit. I wanted to keep my case and piggy-back my old hard drive to a new one allowing me to store some things that I access infrequently on the original drive using an 'open door' from my new one, we upgraded the processor and a few other things including a backup drive. The work was done quickly and without fault - the price? - extremely reasonable. Then - it aquired a virus my fault and these guys worked relentlessly until it was fully eradicated. Just recently my second niece needed a computer up-grade, from an XP, so I brought her in. Jake provided her with a computer that meets all her needs at a price within her budget. My family could not be happier. - Oh, and as a female I have never been talked down to, but have been treated as, and shown the respect and curtesy of a friend, and I've noticed that everyone who walks through the door is treated the same.
