Grossman Furniture

I’ve shopped at Grossman’s in Philadelphia for years for all my furniture needs. They were always my go-to place to buy furniture, even if I found it elsewhere. They always offered the better price and free delivery which is an absolute plus. Especially now, given we live at the shore - a 90+ mile distance. We recently purchased and received a brand new master bedroom set along with a tempra-pedic mattress and base from Grossman’s, and we absolutely love it. Kyle Vincent was my sales associate since we started shopping this past fall. We had an idea what we were looking for, but nothing specific. He made fantastic recommendations that aligned with our style. He steered me in the right direction for our price point while maintaining a good quality set, AND we actually selected our entire set on the web. He was so very patient over the those months given that I asked him, on many occasions, to price several different styles and pieces. He was an absolute pleasure the entire time and always quick to respond. I highly recommend Kyle to assist you with your furniture needs. I’ll definitely shop with him again when we are ready to furnish our next room.

Chris has been my trusted advisor at Grossman for the past year or so. I've purchased a couch and chair from the store with his assistance and could not be more pleased. They are responsive and accommodating will come in-home if needed. Their delivery service is also very good. There are a handful of additional items I plan to acquire for my home and I don't anticipate going anywhere else for my needs.

Ernesto is a fabulous consultant. He suggested we look at glass tables as an option to open up a small space. He came to my apartment and provided suggestions about placement of my existing furniture and my new dining set and did measurements about circumference concerns. He is super helpful and insightful. Delivery was within the timeframe provided and I look forward to enjoying many meals and memories around the table.

Have bought furniture from Grossmans several times in the last 5 years. Sales people are very knowledgeable and professional and these guys always offer very competitive pricing. They carry and can order from the best brands. Even their delivery service is excellent. My product always shows up on time and the delivery guys are very careful not to damage your home or the furniture. No reason to buy anywhere else. Grossmans is the best!

I have had a wonderful experience with Grossman Furniture. I ordered quite a bit of furniture and they have made multiple deliveries in order for me to get what I need. The quality of the furniture is excellent. In addition, I needed help with the layout of my room. Grossman's was able to help me with this. They also helped me find what I was looking for and the coordination of my selections. I will continue to order my furniture from Grossman Furniture.

Grossman’s has been great to work with! We ordered furniture from them 10 years ago and again just this past month. We had the same courteous and knowledgeable customer service and delivery was on-time and efficient. We are very happy with our new piece!

Our sectional sofa looks great. The workmanship is excellent and the delivery, carried up 2 flights of stairs into a small entry way went smoothly. The whole process from the showroom to the final product was easy.

When the air mattress in my sofa bed, purchased 12 years ago from a now out of business furniture store, failed to retain pumped-in air, I called the customer service phone number of Rowe, the manufacturer, only to be told, well, actually, they do not DO customer service. Never mind, Ernesto at Grossman to the rescue. One week later I had my replacement part, and the air mattress work fine. Now THAT's Customer service.

I have bought high-end furniture from McGill’s and Light Parker and found Grossman’s to be a better over all experience with great selection, good prices, friendly staff and excellent delivery. Kyle Vincent is the best. I had a limited budget and he worked well with me. I found a mattress on sale at Raymour and Flannigan and told Kyle I would rather give Grossman’s my business. Kyle gave me a far better deal and I couldn’t be happier. I am a customer for life. I have my eye on some swivel chairs to match the sofa I bought there……,

I've was looking for a dining room set for what seemed like forever, until I finally found one that I liked at Grossman's. It's funny that we ended up back where we bought our furniture when we first got married in 1975.. and my husband's parents also had bought their furniture from there years before.
