Group Management Services - Richfield, OH - HQ

Worthless, impossible to contact, terrible service! GMS recently changed some features of it's website and the resulting "upgrade" essentially locked me out of my payroll/pay-stub account. With no way to access my pay-stubs, I'm at the mercy of the US postal system or harassing the office workers who deal with the time cards for my company. There's basically no way to contact anyone unless you go through your parent company and then THEY have to deal with GMS and get them to fix login issues for existing employees. It's beyond ridiculous that there is no way to view your pay-stubs, W2's, etc!!!! Despicable service! 1 star is GENEROUS!

They are worthless can't even get peoples pay checks out to them on time.

Using GMS has allowed me to simplify my business by offering a comprehensive suite of HR and administrative services through one service. I now use them for all my payroll, and stay in touch regularly with my account manager to help me with our handbooks and other HR & hiring processes, and staying on top of emerging HR regulations. Their team from Tim Austin and Makenzie Rizzo in sales, to our Account Manager Tori Moldovan and Camilla, has created a wonderful experience, but mostly importantly I'm saving time and money. Because of the co-employment relationship, I'm able to get the healthcare and benefits buying rates of a company with 20,000 employees. This helps me offer team of 6 get amazing benefits packages, and keeps me competitive in the marketplace. Thanks to GMS my business is simpler, safer, and stronger.

Group Management Services is an asset to any business! We have been with them for 3 years and they have been great since day one!! The entire team (Sales Rep, HR Rep, 401K Rep and Health Care rep) we work with are exceptional and are truly knowledgeable about the services they offer. They provide a great HR service that my internal office staff doesn't have to worry about anymore! I highly recommend their services to any business, small or large.
