That is a grow Dat and is so fun
Really cool farm in city park with a focus on engaging city youth. Beautiful grounds and open to the public.
Who knew there was an organic farm in NOLA? I attended a wedding here and it was awesome. The food was amazing. Check it out. So much possibility on a little plot of land.
This form is a beautiful location in an urban setting. I love that it is situated on the city park grounds. Also that it provides classes for adults and kids as well to learn about gardening and Natural Health Options. This is a great resource for the entire city and I would love to see it expanded
I went to a wedding at Grow Dat Youth Farm. The venue was beautiful. I loved the casual feel. I have only one complaint... The composting toilets. They were quite stinky. Luckily the group had some portable toilets that smelled way fresher.
Went with a school group, extremely patient tour guide, beautiful scenery and gardens. Hope to go for a farm to table dinner one day. Watch out after a rain, it will be muddy!
It's a youth farm in City Park. A beautiful building in a great part of the park. I always feel this sense of being elsewhere at the location, there is just something really wonderful about it.
Great ideals, multipurpose program, beautiful and peaceful location. They offer special programs such as CSA, farm dinners, youth program, as well as allowing adult volunteers.
Beautiful food growing project right in City Park. Great water gardens, too! Fossil Free Festival was a wonderful experience.
