Max and his team at Guaranteed Foundations were awesome! They went well above and beyond to help me meet a tight deadline for installation. Max is very knowledgeable and completely honest in his evaluation. He will not try to over sell you or make unnecessary recommendations. His crew were very professional, polite and cleaned up everything after the work was done. I will recommend Guaranteed Foundations to anyone I know needing basement evaluations or repair.

Max was very personable, professional, informative and patient. He thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding the service he was providing. His team came in as scheduled installed the steel reinforcement beams, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned all the areas that they worked in. He also took care of scheduling the inspector for approval of the project. If I could give Guaranteed Foundation an 10 star rating I definitely would!

I've used these guys for 2 different drain tile installs, and it's really helped my basement stay dry so far. The owner and crew talked me through the process and seemed to care a great deal about doing the job right. They even did some extra work not in the quote like extend the drain tile past some existing drain tile that was wrecked, and grinded some spots on my basement wall + added mortar. They are prompt, courteous and meticulous about the work. Hire them!

Kirk was incredible. My husband and I just bought our first home and it was built in 1923, it's beautiful & old. We were told ensured no foundation issues but when the home inspection came back the kid said one of the walls may be moving. My heart sunk to say the least. My realtor sent these guys my way and I am so grateful he did! Kirk came in & checked the wall, he was so unbelievably knowledgeable. He found that the basement was actually more than solid especially for its age. He explained why the inspector thought the wall was off. He checked each wall. He explained what to look for if anything were to happen with the foundation. He even checked my gutters and grading. He was just so nice and so thorough! I couldn't believe the knowledge he had. If I know anyone or ever have any issues that this company can take care of I will be calling and recommending these guys. He even told me a bit about the history of some parts of the basement which was so cool. Not to mention, when I first reached out they switched around an appointment to work around my schedule and were at my house within the day or two. Honestly. I genuinely appreciated the kindness, honesty and expertise these guys had.

We needed to break up the entire perimeter of our concrete basement floor and dig it out to install new drain tile and a new sump crock. Max and his crew knocked out the entire project in a little over 2 days. The entire crew was friendly and conversational every time I poked my head in to see the progress, and Max was happy to explain every step of what they were doing and why. He was knowledgeable and confident about the entire process from start to finish. The basement is now bone dry, and I couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out. In addition to doing great work, Max is just a genuinely nice person and I'm glad I had the opportunity to do business with him.

Max has been nothing but fantastic. He is super knowledgeable, easy to work with, works with your schedule, cares about his customers, and is more than reasonably priced. Max also does not want to tear out your entire basement like his fellow competitors. I was so grateful that he cared about us, and didn't try and scare us into spending thousands. Guaranteed Foundations came out to give me a quote on a home inspection that detected moisture in the basement. Although they didn't end up needing to do any work they were very professional and recommended how to mitigate the moisture issue via other means.
