This company is hands down the best pest control service we've ever used.  They have completely eliminated all of our bug issues that the other companies we've used couldn't seem to do. Trey and his team take their jobs seriously and it shows. They show up when they say and truly make an effort to understand how best to treat your property. His team takes their time when doing the job and are incredibly thorough. Most importantly, they treat people with respect.  On my first visit the owner, Trey, performed my service and he was exceptional. Since then one of his employees, Sam, has serviced my home and he is equally skilled. It's comforting to know I'm getting the same quality of service regardless of who shows up at my house.  I have a 10 year old Labrador and they make sure to use pet friendly pesticides that dry incredibly fast, meaning I don't have to lock him away for extended periods of time. This is not the case with all pest control companies.  They come every other month and I can attest to how effective their chemicals are. I haven't seen a single insect or arachnid inside my house since their first visit.  Go with these guys. You won't regret it.

We LOVE guaranteed pest control! They always come within the scheduled time frame! I feel they take their time and do a great job spraying inside and out.  We rarely get scorpions, spiders, bugs inside our home but the one time we did ... I called and within a couple days they were back out to spray again with no additional cost. They are very professional and I would recommend them to all!

We recently moved to a new construction home in Gilbert, Arizona. Bugs, spiders, and scorpions are commonly found here. After researching a lot and talking with multiple companies, I decided to go with Guaranteed Pest Control. They had really nice reviews on all platforms. Their availability was either same or next day. They provided all the information based on our needs and suggested different options. Had my first treatment last Monday and it seemed like they did a fantastic job. The product they used was odorless and is supposed to be pet/kid friendly. Next few days after the treatment, we saw many dead crickets, dead spiders and to our surprise, a dead scorpion in the kitchen. I am definitely going to continue with their recurring service.

I've always handled the spraying for bugs myself until we got in our new house.  We started using one company but it was expensive and it got to where I wasn't getting the service I expected.  I needed a bug inspection for a refi and I called Guaranteed Pest Control on a referral.  The owner came out and did the inspection and I had a good visit with him so I figured I'd give them a try.  The cost is very reasonable, very responsive and they have done everything they said they would.  We love them!

Guaranteed Pest Control has been servicing my home for a couple of years and I have had wonderful service. I get a text reminder of my next appointment. If I have special requests or concerns they are always addressed. I have had other pest control companies knock on my door and say they are going to offer me better service at a better price. My response is always No thanks I am completely satisfied with with Trey and his team. -Door Closed-

The Guaranteed Pest Control team is great! Their communication is the best- reminder emails & texts are perfect for me. And they make it so easy to reschedule if need be. They’re always on time and I haven’t had any bug issues since we hired them. Definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

We love Guaranteed Pest! Ever since we have been using them we haven’t had any issues with scorpions or crickets. They always offer to spray in the house and garage and are very thorough. We have been using them for a couple years now and are very pleased with their service.
