Guardian Auto Transport

I DO NOT TRUST this transportation company. As of this moment Saturday afternoon Guardian has no idea where my newly purchased vehicle is. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Two hours before delivery on Friday an eastern European "dispatcher" called to say, "Had flat tire, he be there tomorrow at 8am". At 8:30am Saturday still no vehicle, so I called the dispatcher back. Now he said, "Transmission issue. he be there Wednesday". As of this moment, Guardian doesn't know where the car is, they can't get hold of the driver and they will not share the driver's contact info. Everyone is passing this off as "this happens" on a $200K+ vehicle. I will never use or a let a dealer I am buying a vehicle from use Guardian Auto Transport again. Total fail. Thankfully since this car went missing prior to delivery, the dealer is the one on the hook. Please understand - Guardian just brokers deals - the dispatchers and drivers are not Guardian drivers. In the end, you get what you pay for when it comes to transportation and you have been warned! Oh and I have seen the few times they have responded to negative reviews - they try to suggest they don't have you in their system. Well, the dealer booked the transportation and I am the end customer who was supposed to receive the vehicle. Final Update: The truth comes out - driver got a in a wreck last night. He and the dispatchers tried to hide it for as long as the could. But eventually the truth comes out. Do not trust Guardian. They farm out their shipments to sketchy drivers who lie and deceive as long as they can.

Guardian handled the transportation of my baby Mercedes sedan perfectly!! Communication was straightforward and abundant, the pick up was right on time and the drop off was exactly when they said it would be. I was so pleased to see my car arrived at its new home with zero damage! Spencer and Lauren, the two reps I worked with there, were friendly and always on the ball. I would definitely use Guardian again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Guardian Auto Transport is the best transport company in the country. When you need your vehicle moved promptly and wory free Guardian is the key. We have worked closely with Guardian in the past year. If you need anything moved in the country Guardian is the company to call. Highly recommended !

I contacted many companies to transport my father's car from Florida to Illinois. Guardian immediately had the best communication from the beginning. Dave my shipping agent and Ashley my update rep were incredibly communicative and AVAILABLE. They continued to be available and communicate throughout the process. The driver was extremely professional and I trusted that with this team my car would arrive in great condition and on time. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Probably one of the best experiences with customer service I have had in a very long time. Highly recommend. Worth every penny spent!

The best auto transport co by far! They were quick to respond, excellent communication & explanations. They put my mind at ease & I knew I was in good hands. They deserve all the great reviews. They assigned me a carrier quick who was also very responsive. They updated me all along the way. There is always a person available who will respond fast. The car was picked up & arrived on time. My BMW X2 is still in great condition despite being on an outdoor carrier from Denver to LA. So grateful. Well worth the extra expense. Top notch customer service!

The Day I came across this company was truly a blessing! I found them through google and upon first contact with them I felt so comfortable and at ease. David was who I had most of my conversation with and he was such kind and understanding person. He was willing to work with me and my needs to my sons car from California to Rhode island and here is the bonus!!!! I was supposed to receive the car on a Thursday and it came early that Tuesday by noon time! The driver was very polite and friendly. My point is I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! They kept in contact with me every step of the way and these days you just can't find such amazing service like this one. I am a forever customer.

I have never used a car carrier company before but I am glad I chose Guardian. The shipping rep Dave was very clear in describing the process and shipping fees. Once I decided to move forward a driver was quickly assigned and the vehicle was picked up promptly. I received regular updates from Ashley as the vehicle was in transport. The vehicle arrived without any damage. Guardian did an excellent job with handling the vehicle, clear communication and fair pricing. So glad everything worked out. Thank you

The reservation process was seamless and overall customer service was great. The problem is, I feel Guardian promises flexibility they do not have. I was told I could change my pick up dates with no trouble. I changed my date a month before pick up and it wasn’t until the day of that I was notified no one could pick up my vehicle. I was called multiple times by couriers that weren’t yet assigned to me, which I felt was strange because I thought they were supposed to coordinate with only Guardian prior to picking up your vehicle. I was quickly reassigned to a new representative, Leo, who undoubtedly did everything in his power to find me a courier, he was the biggest help and reassurance in all of this. Without his commitment, my vehicle would not have made it. Despite his hard work and dedication, it was extremely inconvenient and caused me to shift all of my moving reservations in order to accommodate Guardian. I lost time and money during a cross-country move, which should never be the case, since I chose to get my car transported to prevent extra hassle. Once my car was picked up, everything went well and it was delivered early. Overall it was a relatively good experience, but the stress of not knowing if my car was even going to be picked up and having to restructure my move was an immense weight to carry during an already extremely stressful time. It’s frustrating because Guardian has a higher pricetag and I chose it because I believed it meant a headache-free and seamless process, which it unfortunately did not. If you can be flexible with your dates and abide by the schedule of couriers, Guardian is a great fit for you. They always have great customer service and someone to talk to. I just had different expectations.

Transport was scheduled very easily, they kept us update when car was picked up and when it would be delivered. Provide contact number for the driver was able to contact him and provide us with estimate time for delivery. Car was pick up from Pennsylvania and brought to Georgia less than 24 hours.
