Total scam do yourself a favor and do not purchase this plan. They will deny your claim and their customer service agents are absolutely rude and disrespectful. So disappointed with their dishonesty in their "protection plan".
Horrible Company. They came took a look and never came back. No calls nothing.
Can I give less than one star? The terrible reviews are 100% true. They are the absolute WORST. Total waste of my time. After many email / phone call exchanges they write me another email saying I have to call their office again. The people are RUDE. I cannot understand how they are in business. They are a total SCAM.
Believe the bad reviews - they deny all claims regardless of merit, will not deliver on the ageeement. Complete fraud of a company and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Deserve 0 stars
